They favor “security” over “customer service” and convenience every time, even in the most common sense situations.

Been waiting to receive a card for months. I’ve now been sent my 4th card (due to sending the wrong card, card numbers not matching what they sent, and now it just being lost in the mail). Customer service is just an automated service that takes you in circles, and if you call the bank directly, they just tell you that they can’t help and you need to reach out to the 1-800 number. Will likely be switching banks— wouldn’t recommend WF to anyone.

Poor service. I pulled in to drive thru right before 5. Yes around closing. I waited behind a car that seemed to be chatting with the teller. I could tell from the eye contact and speaking directly to me thru the window while the teller closed the shade in the window in my face knowing I was waiting to see a teller. I was gonna be quick. Needed 3-$10 bills for kids field trip tomorrow to get lunch. So instead of me getting $30 out of my account you’ve inspired me to leave the 1-star review. This was really rude. If it was a long line of cars and 5:15 or well past closing I’d understand. This was at 5:01 seeing me in line, looking at me, closing the shade in my face with people in the lobby still. Congrats on the well deserved 1-star

Worst bank ever. I left them years ago because they kept taking another person's checks from my account. This went on for 4 months after they promised to fix the problem. At that point, I left.
My mother banked with them and added my sister to her account so we always had access to her account to pay bills. She passed away and they froze her account without notifying anyone so checks were bouncing and automatic pay accounts not being paid. I called 20+ times without anyone ever answering the phone. I made an appointment as the trustee to get access to her account to pay bills and funeral expenses and I was told their policy is they can't do anything until at least 30 days after her passing.
Can't remember the last time that I have been this furious.

Hire more bank tellers, there is always a ridiculous line for how many patrons you have.

Wells Fargo the corporation is a corrupt mess (they created an account without my permission and had to pay out thousands of similar customers), but this location is also a mess. One teller on a Saturday morning with 10+ customers... we've also had frustrating experiences with their higher level bankers.

It’s my money & they’re so controlling over it. I know they are protecting my money but still.I needed help with my account & they’re giving me the run around. I called & went to two different locations. They even called corporate with no easy solution & I wanted same day service. The person I was dealing with last time told me they would continue working with corporate & call me when an easy salution was made. I never got a call back & I figure they thought I was trying to get into someone’s account. The easiest solution for me was to send my direct deposit to another bank that I had.I wished I closed my account with Wells Fargo sooner when they closed down the location in my town & that worried me. I never had problems with them here because everyone knew me & I was with them for 35yrs when they were First Security. One thing I didn’t like is when Wells Fargo took over that they set a limit to how much I could spend & take out of the ATM but recently that got raised. My parents & all my siblings had problems with Wells Fargo that they left years ago. They tried to get me to leave & I’m glad I left now. It’s now easier for me to have a bank just down the street.

I called central WF customer service with a question, they said I had to ask the local bank person in Logan UT. So I tried calling this branch. They will not answer the phone. Worthless!

These guys are usually pretty helpful, we've just had a couple of experiences where we've had to do extra work to fix mistakes they've made - like incorrectly entering a business name on an account and us getting checks and cards with the wrong business name - even though we noticed the mistake while there and asked them to make sure they updated it (they said they did).

We have found Wells Fargo Bank and its employees at the Logan, Utah South office to be most responsive to our banking needs. We have utilized their services for years. In all cases whether it is at the drive up window, at the walk up counter or in a conversation with a banker, we have always had professional positive results. We have developed a high level of confidence and appreciation in our personal business transactions working with Wells Fargo Bank. Thank You.

Stood “in line” waiting to be helped forever. There were six employees there. One was helping the only other customer there. We stood and waited and waited and waited while some used a counting machine, one sat by the drive-thru window that was unused, two at desks. Not one of them would help us in what should have taken about 2 minutes. We eventually just walked out.
