The auromative system just wastes my time without solving any of my problems. I have a situation that a robot cant help with. If my problem isnt resolved let me talk to a real person instead of hanging up the phone.

They sell "inconvenience" better than anything else! For more details, watch the southpark episode about them, the whole episode captures comcasts purpose in life

I’ve never dealt with a worse automated system than theirs. You can’t get through to an agent no matter what you do and the system has no idea how to help. As far as the service goes, I’ve had a ‘scheduled maintenance’ that has been found for 24 hours now that I was told would be fixed 7 hours ago. Now they just say “as soon as possible” and expect that to be enough. If there were another reliable option in the area I would switch.

We had a great experience today, the staff was able to fill out request for some new hardware and went over billing changes. The store was clean and social distancing was in play.

Literally the worst internet provider I’ve ever had. I very much so regret not going with Century Link. My internet is constantly going out for hours on end for “regular schedule maintenance” but they NEVER notify me that my internet will be out. Now I’m stuck without internet right in the middle of work.

Very pleasent and helpful staff. There is a face covering requirement to enter at the time of writing this, so make sure you come prepared.

I am sick of this company. I pay way too much for my internet for it to go out as frequently as it does. Their internet is unreliable, and their service is awful. It is almost impossible to get into touch with a real person to talk to. We are moving apartments next month and you can bet that I will be looking for a new internet provider. I would strongly recommend anyone reading this to stay away from Xfinity

The only reason this gets 2 stars instead of 1 is because of the people I was actually able to talk to and get stuff done.Remote customer service is absolutely terrible. 0/5 stars, if possible. You cannot get past their automated system to get any work done. Their bot wastes way too much time trying to "help", not enough time getting you to a PERSON.My issue was one that an automated system couldn't help with. I understand most situations can be handled automatically, but don't make it hard for the 1% of other questions to get answered! Also, just a nitpick. Don't pretend you're caring about our health and safety when it comes to COVID-19. You're doing remote service because you're legally required to, not because of how caring and concerned you are.

At first they seem great and give you good prices. But they constantly up the price on you as much as they can and by ridiculous amounts. Then when you move and try to cancel your account, they are not helpful and continue to charge you for months you didn't even use it. Individuals who work there may be nice, but the company is corrupt.

Stopped in the store today to exchange some hardware and it was really simple. Staff was nice and didn't take more than a few minutes.

If there were another provider in the area, I'd switch immediately. Terrible internet connectivity on their end and nearly impossible to get past their automated system to talk to a real person. Unreliable product and awful experiences every time.

While this may sound like a cliche, if I could give a company zero stars I wish I could give Comcast zero stars. The unfortunate truth is that Comcast is the only provider in our area and have quite a monopoly in the business. As a result, they have terrible customer service and don’t care about giving you the run around when it comes to questions or concerns you may have. You can be stuck talking to an automated agent for a while. AVOID Comcast if you absolutely can.

Not sure why all the one star reviews. I am a new customer to Xfinity and have had nothing but a great experience. I had an issue doing the self install & set up, customer support gave a crack at it. Eventually they sent out a Tech free of charge to set me up . The Tech was pleasant and professional. Even came back to the home after initial test failed. Internet is up and working and I couldn't be happier.

This place is so bad their is a reason they have 1.5 stars! The wait is unbelievable. If their is only one or two people in front of you in line you can still expect a 20-30 minute wait. All I needed to do was figure out why my autopay wasn’t working anymore after I had gotten a text saying my account had an overdue balance. They took their time and didn’t help at all! It’s sad to say that other than xfinity theirs not much of an option for WiFi. I live in a townhome with 2 others and the WiFi is horrendous. It will randomly just disconnect us all the time and will require us to either reset it or power it off and on again. I wish 0 stars was an option.

Don't sign up for Xfinity. They will quote you a certain price at the outset and then raise it every few months. You are required to pay a fee if you end service early, yet they do not pay you any kind of fee for changing the terms of the contract when they raise the price. Oh... and the service is spotty too. Regularly goes out. Especially in the middle of Jazz games :(
