GO ELSEWHERE. Got a prepurchase inspection and was told all good! Took to a different dealership because my tires looked worn (and they said they were good) and it wasn’t all good! Missed a bunch of things and my tires are 4/32”. I cant imagine the cars they sell or the maintenance they do with the things that were missed :( I paid for pre purchase inspection so that the status of the car would be communicated clearly. When I called to understand what happened the service staff I worked with was so hard to work with and wouldn’t let me work with anyone else and she said they had proof of good service but wouldn’t send it to me?! I even called and asked to talk to someone else and still got her. Wack. If happily take this down or adjust the rating if someone else reaches out to me but it seems like management if avoiding my calls :(

Rolando Gallart was an AMAZING salesman. I was in a car accident and my car was totaled. I needed to replace my car quickly and I had so many things on my mind. He was so kind and thoughtful. Rolando helped me find the perfect new car for me and he made sure personally that everything was as easy as possible for me. Also, Mark Hernandez, the finance manager, was so brilliant, he was able to find me an excellent solution for the financial aspect and I was ready to cry with how easy they made the process and how well they both took care of me in my time of need. Mark Hernendez not great at customer service! I’m the one that bought the car from your dealership and you failed at basic communication skills. Go back to pre-school and learn basic life skills. Will not recommend to anyone I know. Good luck to the hierarchy! No stars!
