I did have some difficulty at your service center I’d like to bring to your attention. When I left my car, I also left a policy number for the company I have a warranty with. Someone, I believe it was Stephanie, said she’d check on coverage. The next day I was told my car was ready and that she had not heard from the warranty company, so I would need to pay for my car and she would follow up within the day, promising a refund of the warranty company paid for the service.She did not follow up that day. I called several times the next morning and was told she had stepped away for a minute and to call back. Finally, sometime after noon someoneadmitted she had come in for a few minutes and then gone home sick. How disappointing that no one had passed along this information earlier. I would not have continued to take time out of my work day to reach her.Later, I received an email from my warranty company letting me know that they had tried every way they could to reach someone at Young Auto as well, so they could settle the claim. They wanted to let me know that the difficulty in the policy being paid was Young Auto and not on their end. I can forward the email if you would like.I believe them. I experienced the same thing. I never did receive any of the promised call backs or communication of any kind from your service department and still feel I am due a refund or at very least an apology and explanation.I would greatly appreciate your company making an attempt at making this right. You really dropped the ball on my repair.

The Salesman Jordan is great and is transparent and informative about the purchase and packages. This is the second time I am with him. I would give him a 5-star rating.My experience with finance department, particularly the person McKay, was terrible. I would give him a 0 star rating. He made a mistake on the contract forms. He was not informative, not transparent, and not polite or respectful. I said no to every extra package he mentioned, but finally I did not know one extra package of $699 was added to my contract. I was not given enough information, notice or time to check the extra things that was added in my contract, so it was put there that I have to accept it. I remember I once wished to check the prices on the contract, but he got it back after a few seconds to input some data into the computer system. Afterward, when I argue this, he did not show any sympathy or willingness to help solve this issue. I asked him to check with the boss for other possible solution/compensation if he could not remove it, but did not receive answer later on.Please avoid McKay if you were able to. Otherwise, please check the contract "very carefully" for each item and other documents as well. If you have questions or are not clear, I suggest you double check with your salesman.

I needed to protect my catalytic converter for possible theft in the future, I contacted Young Toyota service and spoke to Alicia from BDC, and I explained to her my concern. Alicia transferred my call to the parts department, I spoke to Nate and he quoted me a price on the part, a very reasonable price by the way, (I had previously check with a manufacturer of said part and its price was quite higher than Young's) I went to pick up the part at latter hours, Jeremiah at parts department provided me with the part, I informed Alicia of my purchase and she scheduled for part installation the very next day at 0800 hours. Upon my arrival the next morning, I was greeted by Stephany (service adviser) and my Tacoma was taken into the shop for the installation of the part, I decided to wait for job to be completed. I was informed, my Tacoma truck needed a wheel alignment according to the computerized inspection, I agreed to have it done, and I asked for a tire rotation as well. I then departed home. I received a call around noon from Steph, she told me my vehicle was ready to be picked up. The price for all the work performed by the service department was very reasonable, the amount of time spent for my service was rather fast (taking in consideration all the work done to my truck) I have purchased many cars throughout my life, and I had never received an email from any dealership providing me with a well detailed inspection, and advise via video on any of my vehicles service or inspections. I was really impressed. Kudos to Young Toyota and staff, you guys are great

I have been actively looking for a truck for a year. Once I decided on what I wanted I came to Young Toyota and started working with Alex. He was friendly and straightforward, but not pushy. I could tell he sincerely wanted me to be 100% happy with my choice. He found the PERFECT truck for me and I am so happy with it. Alex is fun to work with and made the process a great experience.

We worked with Alex Orio, on getting my wife and I a 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid to replace our 1999 Subaru Forester. He was very professional, and extremely helpful with all the questions we could come up with. I didn't even "haggle" on the final price of the vehicle, because I thought he did such a great job! We had an amazing experience, and will definitely be buying our next vehicle here as well. GREAT JOB YOUNG TOYOTA IN LOGAN, UT!!! ?

After going shopping I couldn't get my trunk open. I had perishable groceries in the trunk so I quickly went over to Toyota. It ended up being a loose cable and they charged me $200. I understand that the technician's expertise and time goes into these kinds of repairs, but $200 seems like an insane amount of money for a loose cable.

So I scheduled an appointment on wed to get my rear break pads Re done for Friday. Scheduling asked me to purchase the brakes before hand so I did, I arrived Friday and they told me everything thing was ready to go well I’ve been sitting here for 1 1/2hrs and they come up saying they have bad news they didn’t order all the parts to do the breaks so basically wasted my entire afternoon and had to pay for something that isn’t completed poor preparation nice people though

Easiest experience of my life. Kambree was kind, patient and always upfront with everything. She even came in on her day off to help me! Financing was easy enough and they were willing to work with me on quite a few things. They serviced my car to perfection and the detailing was great. 10/10 would recommend to anyone in the market for a new car. You won’t be disappointed! :)

I regret purchasing my car FROM young Toyota Logan UT Oct 2021. I like my car but it has been a runaround from the beginning on anything they do. Bought the car they were installing LoJack and tint. After them having the car for 10 days the tint was finally done but they had nothing but problems on getting the LoJack fixed took over 3 more trips. Also during them having the car someone road rashded one of my wheels again took 3 or 4 times of going in to fix it before it finally was fixed (I had not even drove my car home yet) . I had the free oil changes and tire rotations which would take 1 - 2 hrs to complete when I was there even though I would make an appt out 2 plus weeks for service. Each time I was there it would be an issue of why they couldn't do something and so forth. The last visit they didn't rotate my tires saying they couldn't find the wheel lock. It was in the glove box, however I saw they ransocked my glove box, center consul and trunk looking for it but never asked me where it was. I sat there for over 2 hrs finally went to ask them if my car was done and it was. Noone bothered to come find me. This trip they claimed my tires were at a 3 however I know they are not (went to another tire place and they said 3 tires at 5 and one was at a 4) they just went by my miles thinking I need to replace them but they don't know I have snow tires I run. Just lazy excuses constantly to try and get me to buy more. If it wasn't that the oil changes were free I would not keep coming back I am finally almost done with them. The car is great but if you value your time and don't like to constantly reschedule your life for what they say they can do I would not recommend them. This is my opinion

I had some mechanical questions about a vehicle I want to buy. The Service manager who is himself a master mechanic, took time to put the vehicle up on a lift and show me inch by inch what I was looking for. He had good answers for all my questions!The saleswoman also went out of her way to arrange that for me. Very helpful!

Jordan Buckley was awesome. I got very good lessons from him about the vehicle and maintenance. Overall I had a great experience in the Young Toyota dealership.
