Zollinger Cold Storage Corporation, located in Building 10, is noted for fast and efficient loading, often in 30 to 60 minutes. The staff is friendly, professional, polite, respectful, and awesome. Drivers appreciate that they care about a driver's time. There is plenty of space to maneuver. The location can be tricky to find the first time, following specific directions past the plaza and railroad. Note that there may not be a restroom for drivers. It is a place drivers love to pick up from again.

Building 10 in this place is awesome! They’re fast and efficient and very nice and respectful people. In and out in 30-60min everytime. They care about a drivers time which is nice when lots of places let us sit and kill our clocks. Management and crew are awesome.
