Usually this location has great service but lately it's not the same.Today I came in and asked for some boneless wings, and was treated like garbage.Amanda made sure I knew I was inconveniencing her with her rude comments, as well as the way she started slamming doors on things and threw the food tray on the ground after starting the microwave.Do yourself a favor and visit one of the other locations down the street if you are planning on getting their pre-cooked food.

Whoever the lady is that was working at 7:50ish has terrible customer service. She rushed, and didn’t seem to bother to pay full attention to me.She didn’t ask if I had a 7/11 rewards number, I didn’t even bother mentioning it bc I felt so rushed and such an inconvenience to her busy day. Woe is her.

I moved close to this store so I started coming in very often, almost everyday basically. Amanda seemed to always be there when I went, she has bad customer service, she’s always complaining about things, like not having change, talking smack about Customers, and always rushing me to pay because she has other things to do. I understand, but why the attitude towards customers? Last time I went I bought and pizza, and she rolled her eyes at me as soon as I approached the register and said it would be a couple minutes and threw the pizza in the oven and slammed the oven door, came back and rang me up and tried to put in my rewards and I said can I enter my number, while she was walking to the next register to help another customer behind me. She had me waiting for a little, then pressed the Manual EBT button, on the pin pad it said enter card number and I was a little confused so then I said no not the card number, and she rolled her eyes at me she sighed and finally she caught on to what I was trying to say. She really needs a new job and change her attitude. I rather go across the street now, they have good customer service over there.

It's not a bad place, it definitely needs a good deep cleaning. I use to only go in this store only Monday threw Friday during the morning shift. But now they have a couple new employees that I like so I go a little more often.

Ewwww! So Nasty the old guy on graveyard shift touched all the taquitos bare hands while moving them to the other rack.Sadly most to 7-11's never have fresh food/coffee out at night. It may not be the busiest, but some people work late and would like a choice of these items.

Im a regular here, every cashier knows me here..Tonight the new cashier clearly didn't know what she was doing. Kicked me out of store because she didnt know how to ring in 2 packs of smokes and rock stars.Maybe dont leave trainees in store by themselves if they can't ring in a basic transaction.I'm a regular here, atleast 5 times a week..same transaction every time too

I was double charged also not giving the discount on the savings for buying two candies instead of just oneI tried to call them of course they don't answer I've tried five times it rings to the point where it says that nobody's unavailable they don't even have an answering machine so I try to call another location that I know has the same owner and nobody answers that line either that's kind of convenient for a convenience store huh

This place took a deposit from my Venmo account and the lady with black hat was glad to take $113.00 from me. The deposit never went through . I go back an hour later they pretty much tell me “gtfoh” with nothing more than a shoulder shrug told to come back later .. No offer to make an effort to fix my issue knowing the woman did something wrong . This place is a joke. That is 100 dollars! Wow . Someone needs to save that store from whoever is ruining it

Shane is always very pleasant when I go in there. Quick conversation but personable and funny. He also does a very good job keeping the store clean.
