Stopped by again 2/28/22 10:03 am. Open sign on but nobody is there. Knocked on the door then called no one answers. Horrible service, again 3 rd time this has happened.

I went to cricket and bought two new phones and two lines of service for the month of April on 3/22/2021. A week later 3/26/2021 one of the lines was suspended due to the phone being reported as lost/stolen. I went into the store to fix the situation and they said I wasn’t the first one that was having this issue and it turns out they received the wrong shipment from ingram/ingrum ( now reported as stolen) and did not scan the phones into their system and just sold them. (not my fault) I asked to replace the phone in the mean time so that I can get ahold of my husband, and they told me that I needed to wait out the investigation before they can do anything with my account. When I returned after the investigation, they refused to return the phone or offer me a refund because I was past the 7 day mark, I wasn’t past that time when I first came in.. I asked for a refund and they said it was against their policy, even though I had done nothing wrong. I then told them I did not want to continue service with them and requested a refund because we had not even had the chance to use the phones or service. They have refused time and time again, I have been yelled at and hung up on for doing absolutely nothing wrong. I followed all the rules. I have been threatened to have the cops called on me, by Claudia the Manager at this location, as well for asking the manager of the store I bought the phone from, to fix the situation.. It is not easy for me to spend a large amount when it is not necessary. Now i’ve had to purchase again two new phones, and service costing me less than what I paid at Cricket. But i've been cheated out of my hard earned money. I have tried to work with Cricket but they are refusing to help me when I have not done anything wrong. They even told me to sell my new phones on the internet. This store, nor corporate, care about you. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS! Go see Tmobile, they have better prices, no contracts, and AMAZING customer service.
