Kristy gave my poor mom the WORST haircut, that I have ever seen. I was unable to visit timely and my mom felt she could not wait and went in for a cut. This was about a moth ago. I was just able to get back to town and all of my mothers complaints on her hair these last few weeks are absolutely warranted. I usually tell her to live in it a couple weeks and it should relax, or ill fix it. I have had to fix some bad cuts, but this takes the cake.. I question the qualifications and highly recommend continuing education courses.

Update below:
Worst haircut I've ever had in my life. You get what you pay for. I'm not sure why they don't have less experienced stylist work under supervision but the person who cut my hair said she knew how to do a fade but then proceeded to ask me how to cut a fade. She said she had just started there. I got my haircut on 8/26 around 4 pm. I have to go and pay someone else to fix it. She was polite though and I still tipped $9 but the cut was trash. Hire better people.
Update: called the customer service line and the owner of this location reached out to me directly and invited to come in so she could fix it. Went in today and she got me in the chair quickly and the fade I got looks immaculate now. Thank you for making the problem right. Great service

This place is a joke!! My son got a hair cut and its awful! The lines are all crooked he’s got hair patches behind his ears and neck. Suggested to be faded and you can see the line separation. His grandpa took him here. I would never this place hires people who are not ever hairstylists 🤨🤨🤨

I've been going here for years and lately I haven't been happy with the way they've done my hair. There's only been a couple people that seem to care and take the time to do it right but I haven't seen them lately. My haircut's pretty easy to do but a lot of the time it feels like they're just rushing through now. Today the hairdresser asked me what we were doing, which was fine, but didn't even look at the paper that has what I usually do on it to double check. Ended up with uneven sideburns, uneven neckline, and only used scissors for the top and sides, which is unusual. Didn't show me the back like normal. Turns out she was working tired which I'm pretty sure is a safety issue. I'm very unhappy with this location and won't be coming back

A hairdresser here ruined my bangs. I thought you guys had the same training? I will be going to Super Cuts for now on. I know everyone knows how to cut hair there. I'm embarrassed I paid 15 bucks for someone to ruin my hair.

This place used to be good, but the hair cut today was awful and they spent about 8 minutes to cut my hair and there was no body waiting. I'll never go back to this place.

I usually like going to this location, and I feel like they normally get it right. But man, today’s cut was awful. Stylist was way more interested in gossiping with her coworker than in cutting my hair, and my family’s reaction when I got home and they saw my hair told me everything I needed to know. Fade was super uneven and looked choppy, and now I’ll have to fork out some more cash to get it fixed before my friend’s wedding tomorrow.

My daughters and I came in for a haircut recently. The stylist that cut mine and my oldest daughters hair did a really good job.. the stylist that did my two youngest hair cut took WAY too much off of one daughter (honestly gave her more of a boy looking cut then a pixie cut, and on my other daughter's, she didn't layer) ... she didn't ask me if it looked good before they got out of the chair, on either daughter.. AND we had pictures to reference! (I understand it's not going to be exact, but even so)... Also I wanted to hurry and take a picture of my daughter beforehand so I could do a before and after bc it was a HUGE and drastic change for her, the stylist made a comment: ' I'm sure you have plenty of before pictures in your camera '.

Terrible! I have been coming here for a few months now. I come every few weeks. #3 on the sides, low taper, 1/4 off the top.Sadly she did not follow the instructions at ALL! She did a #3 everywhere and no taper. Took over 3/4 off the top. It sticks up it is so short. This is right before family Christmas pictures. I am going to have to wear a hat now.I am sorry, I won’t be back.

Josh is a tenured skilled barber and always delivers in his cuts. I have had many cuts by him and it’s always been consistent, efficient and not to mention he’s a laid back and chill guy. Love this place and recommend Josh to anyone who needs a haircut.
