It was nice that I didn’t have to go far, but they had to complete the transmission fluid at another time. Originally they said all of it together would be around $250. When I went back in to get it finished because the manager wasn’t working and he needed to be, they charged me more than the original number provided

Morgan is awesome there, always takes good care of me! Treats me like a person and not a cash cow! I'm very appriceated of all the business I've done with this place. Very pleased with the service I received!
I have needed an oil change for a bit and finally had the time/money to have it done. I was there about 30 minutes or less.
Very professional and super friendly! I pulled up and a guy ( Supervisor??) and greeted me. Asked me what I needed and said" We can do that no problem" all with a smile! He held my car door open so I could get out. Asked if I wanted to wait in the car or the customer area. We joked about the heat-VERY HOT yesterday!
He showed me where the waiting area was, telling me they had water and coffee. One of the employees came in to get water. Said "Hello" with a big smile and asked how I was. WOW! I haven't interacted with such friendly people in awhile. Normally you would expect people to be grouchy when they're working in the heat.
Even the young man who took my payment asked if I was having a good day!
I want to thank everyone who helped me and serviced my car. In a world where everything seems chaotic, people are self serving and self absorbed- it is a pleasure to meet those who know customer service. Thank you to the management who understand this and teach their employees what real customer service is! I will forever go to this location to have my car serviced!

Right when I showed up Skyler approached me and took immediate action. Another place had broke my oil cap and cracked it. I was leaking oil everywhere. Everyone moved quickly and did their best to get me back on the road the same day. No one was even upset to clean up the oil. Definitely a good first impression.
