My husband loves their food. It's his comfort food. But today wasn't a good day. He saw an ad on the phone, but the phone app would accept the order for some chicken, so he ordered the special for future pickup on the pc desktop. When he got there, the staff told him that it hadn't been processed, but if he could show them the ad, they would honor it. The phone app wouldn't work, so he had to go back home to print it. Then he gets home, and the website has timed out. He wasn't happy to think he wasn't being trusted, but moreover that he had to drive back home to get a copy of the ad. During this exchange, the staff was rude and implied that he was a liar. He told them that he told them the details without good results. Upon his return, he showed the print out of the online special. The manager took the paper away in anger. Then, he was told to park on the other side of the building. The only good thing that happened was the manager didn't charge me and gave me extra sides for my troubles.They need to fix their app as it wouldn't accept my password for me rewards, or I could have shown the order on the phone.

KFC is a restaurant that I've enjoyed since I was a little kid. It was the place we would go for food on certain holidays and for special moments, so naturally it became a treat. Anyway, I Love their pot pie, famous bowl, family meal deal, and bucket of choice dark meats (which you can request, btw).The only reason I'm not giving them five stars is because more times than not when I went for a pot pie or famous bowl, they were out. I don't normally hold such a thing against a restaurant as it just means that they're successful and they're hot menu items. But after it being the recurring experience over the course of several months, it starts to wear on you.

They did not give us what we ordered. The food was cold and greasy. When we asked the lady at the window for a gallon of root beer she was very rude when telling us they were out of gallon bags. So we asked for a smaller one and then she proceeds to tell us the root beer was out.

Came to have dinner with my family at 8pm and the door were locked,one of the workers came to the door and said,sorry we're closed and I said ur lobby hours are showing it's open ..He just stood there.I ask why is the lobby closed and he didn't know how to answer me.

Really disappointed that they have prices on their menu that are several dollars lower than the total is. When I asked the lady in the drive-through if I could get the total that was posted on the menu, she said no, she said we haven’t had time to change them. Just wondering how you had time to change them in the cash register but not on the menu you could honor it with the customer. It goes a long way. .

The food here was good but it was very expensive. Eight pieces of chicken now cost $24. I can go to Costco and get 4 chickens for that price.

NASTY ESTABLISHMENT.1. The lady taking orders through the drive through was licking her fingers and chowing down on who knows what I get it’s finger licking good but geeze lick on your own time #healthcodeviolation2. All this pregnant lady wanted was some mashed potatoes without gravy. Was ordered very clear and respectful. We got freaking gravy.3. My mother in law had a simple order. An ice cream cone. First they forget it and we had to go back in to get it. Second no cream was in the cone. It was a cup of cream that they stuck an empty cone on top.This was a simple Tuesday night with no one else in the drive through. I’m not expecting 5 star service but just have the decency to do a simple job. The amount of laziness that I witnessed really ruffled my feathers.

I have never had such terrible customer service. To wait and ignored for 30 minutes only to watch them take a bag that had been sitting there the entire time that was my order. Then went back to ask for forks and told to F word off. Terrible employee's.

If I could give zero I would. I went thru the drive threw ordered two of the 12 piece nugget meals. They told me to go to stall 1 to wait. I waited almost 20 min when I went to walk in a guy came out with two huge bags with two buckets of chicken 4 fries two boxes of biscuits.. not my order. I go in to tell them the boy smiled took the food and went to give it to someone else!! Not only did they mess my order they charged me 85 dollars on my card!! They laughed in the back and then I was told I have to wait for the funds to reverse to my account. I asked for a receipt as they never gave me one and said sorry our machine don’t work. I got managers name and phone. I must say I’m disappointed I love kfc but this makes me dislike!! Corporate should audit this place and if need shut it down… my meals should be 22 and I paid 85 a joke..
