I never give 5 stars. And they earned every single one. The girls at the desk have amazing customer service and price transparency. The work was done beyond satisfactory. I was quoted 1600 at pep boys for what they did for less than 700. For literally the same work (I'm too lazy to do it myself). They have earned a forever customer.
*Edit: I have come back for emissions and a tire. Both times I received the same Excellent service and price transparency.
Tony did an awesome job with my tire. I was in and out in 15 minutes.

Really good experience and recommend this shop, from the help at the front office to the guys working on my GTR they were able to get me some good all season tires since mine were done . Call them or stop by for anything you may need

My experience was great here. Thought it was something that was going to run me way more expensive than what was diagnosed. I will be taking my car here again, as needed. Their communication is great. People have to keep in mind they are busy here. I believe they do honest and hard work here.

Answer to the owners responds. I told you guys from the beginning it was making noise on the driver side and the wheel was locking up they where supposed to firgure out both problems they fixed the wheel hub and told me everything was fixed and it would be fine and to come get it which it was not fixed and no I am not going to bring it back to you guys
If I could give them negative stars I would All they know how to do is throw a code reader on it and then change that part screw anything else after that I took my 2006 Jeep commander in for a random tire lock and a grinding noise they through a code reader on it and decided it need a new wheel hub assembly on the passenger side due to a sensor issue and said that would fix both problems and then obviously just gave up and didn’t bother to figure out the actual gridding noise on the driver side even tho they could clearly hear it if they just put the car in drive and moved it a foot but they don’t actually work on cars better off take you business to a real mechanic not this place

We paid to have the wheel bearings done at Magna Tire. After the issue persisted and they blamed the springs. I took it to another shop and they showed me the old and rusty parts saying the issue was not fixed. The honest shop did the work and the issue was gone. Magna tire did not do the work they charged us for and told us was complete. Just tried to get us to pay for another service. The most un honest dealings I’ve ever had the displeasure of working with.

I have had problems with the mechanic named Fernando, he gives a false diagnosis, he repairs you and gives you the car and it still continues to fail, then he tells you that it is something else and obviously you have to pay again. But there are other mechanics who, if they are good, have already taken my car back to another mechanic and it is the first time. Only if they take too long, they charge you 5 hours of labor and give you the car in 3 days ?

Do not take your car here. They do not communicate. Had my car for a week and a half. Had to call them daily for an update. Could not figure out what was wrong with my car so called and asked that I come to the shop to talk to the mechanic. I go to the shop and the mechanic had left to "go grab parts." I sat and waited for over a half an hour then asked for my keys. Paid the shop over $2,000 and my car is still idling rough.

Very helpful and friendly. Helped me get new tires they look beautiful and did the alignment. They also helped get me a new rim for my car after the lower ball joint broke. This broke the rim. Thank you for all your help.

I have been twice, and the truth is, I will continue to take my Chevy there, the last time was to check a tire, they lowered it, took it off the rim, and when they found no fault, they put it back on and they didn't want to charge me, I let them their tip, but regardless of that, I consider continuing to take my car with them
