I've had my unit here for almost 7 years never had any problems and affordable management and owner they are amazing anytime I've had a question there quick to get back to me. I was going through a really hard time and was in between jobs and fell behind and they did everything in there power to work with me and didn't sale my stuff I'm be on great full for them being so understanding I can't thank them enough I %100 recommend this place if your ever need a place to store your stuff

Times are rough with Covid and these guys give you a little bit of time to catch up. Really cool that way. Maybe you get locked out of your unit but you don't lose it. If you keep them in the loop, they will work with you.

The security at Magna Storage is the least of their problems. We just moved from California I was going to go to Extra Space since I've used them in the past. I spoke to a gentleman, not sure who, that convinced me that it was the same as Extra Space, and I sure do love supporting small businesses. Today is Aug 28th 2020;As I was cleaning out my text messages, I ran into one that floored me:"Azuzena- we have reports that your unit was broken into at Magna Self Storage. Will you please swing by to verify and file a police report if you desire."They didnt even bother to call me! They just sent me a text. The manager, as he stated, said that a text message was "an appropriate form of giving me notice." What's worst is that instead of being comforted, they want to remind me of the contract that I signed stating that they are not responsible for anything. Do not come here if you value your memories. This was a temporary situation for me while my daughter and I settled in...They said it's a lose lose situation, since they have to purchase a new gate; where do I go to purchase photographs, drawing from my daughters?

Great units, management is understanding and helpful. Great prices and easy access. Never had any issues there with the units.

Never Responded to The Messaging System. Now he just doesn't even empty the voice mail box at all. It has been 4 weeks now.

Was the best place around. Don't care for the new owners. Text messages late at night. Multiple "invoices" in 3 days time... not professional in my opinion. Just waiting for the prices to go up now
