We had been having problems with our daughters phone making and taking calls. We took our phone into this Metro, and all I can say is, Erika is a rockstar, and even gave me her cell number so she could walk me through the process of resetting my daughters phone after she was off! I will never forget my experience from such a dedicated and genuine good employee!! 5 stars Erika (I hope I spelled that right) Thank you!

went in for a activation and sim card because I changed my old phone had already service with metro and customer service charged me 65 when all other metros charge 28! as well as they kept telling me they couldnt find my account and took a whole 40 min trying to activate and find my account very dissapointing!
