went in for a activation and sim card because I changed my old phone had already service with metro and customer service charged me 65 when all other metros charge 28! as well as they kept telling me they couldnt find my account and took a whole 40 min trying to activate and find my account very dissapointing!

They say their hours are until 9:00 p.m. but it's only 7:00 and they're already closed every time I come here they're closed before they're supposed to be how is anybody supposed to get any customer service from them if they're not open

I have had 1 good customer service experience through metro pcs. And that was in Magna. I was helped by a lady named Viri. She was awesome and deserves to be recognized. Im not fond of metro pcs at all. Im very dissatisfied with the service. However am willing to stay with them only because of the great customer service Viri offered. She is great and if you need to get real help go in and ask for her. Magna location.
