This location has been wonderful. Tammy is always super polite and helpful. She was also polite and helpful when I lost my job and had some difficulty making on time payments. She has great communication and is respectful. The location is quiet and clean and the facilities are in excellent condition. I would rent from this location again.

I rented a 10x7 unit on 2/19/2023 for $72 per month plus $15 insurance fee. Rate changed 6/29/2023 to $89, plus $15. Rate changed again 3/28/2024 to $114, plus $15. Again, the rate changed on 12/27/2024 to $139, plus $15. I am now paying $154.00 per month. Rate right now for 10x7 unit, with 24-hour access is $36. Be warned, this is not what you will pay overtime. Storage is supposed to help us, not break us. I can never get a hold of anyone. I left voicemails and no returned calls. I have continued to pay due to the convenience of being so close to my home, and I needed space. I hope to be cleaning it soon as the price is ridiculous. I would not recommend Public Storage, due to the high random rate changes and poor customer service.

They have well over doubled the fee for my space. When corporate was asked about it I got blown off and said they have no control over it. The fee they are now charging is way excessive compared to other facilities and I will be cancelling with them in the near future

I recently had a five-star experience with Nancy and Ryan, the district manager, after a very frustrating series of events with my storage unit. I initially had issues with the door not opening and had to go back and forth with customer service, who unfortunately were not very helpful. My original move-in appointment was rescheduled for the following day, but once again, the property manager did not show up—without any communication. I had to make multiple trips with my children and belongings, rearranging my own schedule, only to be left waiting both times with no updates.
To make matters worse, I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service, who then tried to charge me an additional $50 just to switch to a working unit. They claimed there was nothing they could do and couldn’t even contact another property manager to assist me.
Thankfully, I spoke to another representative who was able to escalate the issue and connect me with Ryan, the district manager. He sent Nancy from a different location, and that’s when everything changed. Nancy was incredibly kind, empathetic, and took the time to truly listen and resolve all my concerns. Her support—and Ryan’s intervention—completely turned the situation around.
What started as an extremely stressful and disappointing experience ended on a positive note thanks to Nancy and Ryan. Their professionalism and willingness to go above and beyond made all the difference.

Claradawn and mckayla are amazing here and public storage is a miss have storage facility they were willing to with us when times were hard and no questions were asked amazing place to hold our stuff thank you public storage
