“Delivery team was courteous and efficient. I live 5 hours from SLC and was one of many deliveries and installations. My driveway is long and narrow and their truck was big so turning around was not easy. They got it done. It had to be a very very long day for them because they finished at my place around 5 pm. I was only expecting a delivery but they installed it too. So I’m very happy and grateful. Costco and RXO really came thru for me. Thanks to a great team!”

“First off let me say i have been with Cargo link for over 10 years and for most part have been happy , that is until my last shipment which was off loaded in Long Beach Sept 1st it is now Sept 25th and the shipment is not here in SLC (1 state away) and I cant get any solid dates or info to go on. I am seasonal so my sales window is small and i have people and customers to answer to as well . Update: The Owner (Scott contacted me to explain the unusual set of events that had occurred and assured me it wouldn't happen again .”

“Had a package that required a signature that was supposed to be dropped off today. The carrier didn't even make an attempt to knock or walk to the front door(as shown on ny cameras). I wrote an email expecting to hear back Monday, but was surprised to receive a call within half an hour. After the phone call, my package was redelivered without issue.
I'm very happy with how quickly the issue was resolved and how attentive Wendy was in helping me with this problem. What started off as a 1 star experience, was quickly changed. Thank you Wendy!”
“I purchased a piece of equiptment on on ebay , I called craters and freighters in Utah and contracted for them to pick it up. They picked it up , crated it and shipped it and everything went smooth . Pleasure to deal with and reasonable. Very happy!!!!!”
“This is THE BEST Post Office! The staff are very efficient and helpful. I'd recommend everyone go to this location, but I feel like I'd be giving away a well-kept secret as this facility is located off the beaten path. I usually mail my items and visit the local park afterwards for a nice, crisp Saturday morning activity.”

“Went to welcome my great uncle's remains home after almost 80 at Pearl Harbor. Every Southwest employee I interacted with was fantastic & respectful. The pilot for the flight was on the tarmac with us as well. Her shared with the passengers in flight the details of the "special cargo" & they all applauded. This was great that he shared this experience with us as well.Thank you for being so fantastic with everything.”

“I needed digital fingerprints and this was the closest. Clerk 09 was very helpful. We needed to do several retakes and had 5-6 failures. She used a corn husker oil to clean them up enough and it did the trick

“I am actually NOT a customer here. USPS is partnered (maybe that's the wrong term) with Delta because they move a lot of our mail for us. So I have no clue how your "cargo" is shipped or what it looks like on the plane. All I know is that it goes on, flies to its new destination, and lands. Personally speaking, I would never ship any animal via cargo. Ever.”
“When i read those reviews i said oh please one of the worse but luckily for me i had an appointment at 8 am got there at 6:30 am staff was very kind and helpful, the supervisor got there before 7 am than the supervisor give me a dock at 7:05 and 8:38 i had my BOL in hand, clean delivery, for me great place to deliver all the staff was respectful.”
“I know this place well, and after reading the reviews it appears the unsatisfactory remarks for delivery and so forth are in relation to XPO the final mile or LTL company, this is GXO and they have a specific client Xfinity/Comcast and only deliver to the clients business partners. If you ignore all the remarks in relation to XPO you'll see that the staffing and employees are very nice and do whatever they can to deliver excellent service.”
