This is my neighborhood market and I absolutely love coming here. It's always clean and the staff is amazing. The pharmacy will help you find coupons on your medication.

They literally have to hate their job, people, or both. They are the unfriendliest pharmacy and I'm a pretty easy going person, thank God. They make it seem like everything is a chore. You can't always get the info you need thru the automated system and when the phone transfers to a person, you will hear "hold" or they will just put the hold music right on and you will wait for the longest time. I truly believe they're hoping you'll hang up and call later. As far as the wait time to get refills, it's hours. I've had a refill for one prescription go in when they first open and it's not going to be ready until 3 or 4. Average fill to time consistently has easily been around 6 hours.

The pharmacy is always so kind to me. I take a lot of time, my son has 7 medications Dailey and at times, more get added in and they never rush me or make me feel like 8 am inconveniencing them and I fact, go above and beyond. This women, I wish I remembered her name, dark hair, usually up, glasses, very sweet, is the most amazing!

If I could give them a zero I would, worst customer service ever, the so called manager yelled and hung up on me, because I was questioning how it’s possible that I kept getting texts that my medication was ready but yet they couldn’t find my prescription in the system, as a manager he could’ve handle the situation better, instead of making up excuses, blaming everyone else and blowing up, way to handle things CHET!

Smiths has always been a little more pricey than my go to choice of Walmart, however they seem to typically have better quality produce, and with their "rewards" card they usually have a lot of good deals going on.They also have baggers, which is something a lot of stores don't have anymore. So that's kind of cool

I can't believe how often I have a problem with this pharmacy. I will take my money elsewhere.

I have been going to this store for years. Lately, it has been awful. I have gotten home and been overcharged. In-store closeout $3.99 charged $$4.89 for one and 6.99 for the other. purchased a DULC Watermelon For $3.99 cut it the same day and it was rotten inside this is the second time. Imitation crab salad took a bite and gagged. It was awful I put it outside for a stray cat. Find the dish with all the large chunks left. Open the coffee creamer it was jelled slime. sell by date 12/29/22. Have a loud mouth employee talking vulgar so loudly I could hear it half the store away. All they wanted was for me not to say anything anyone could hear when I reported it. The same guy is always standing around talking loudly and doing very little work. Heaven forbid you have a question. Out-of-sale items continually. Just so sad it has been my favorite store for years.

I come in to get a vaccine and I was already nervous about the whole thing. The lady that helped me first was dry and in a hurry and kind of disrespectful asking for my information and about my insurance. The guy that gave me my vaccine swung the door open without even coming out yelling my last name. Same as the other lady in a hurry and dry building my nerves even more. He stuck my arm quickly and was out of the room before I could even thank him. I understand this job is stressful at times especially a Monday before a holiday, but is it necessary to act that way? No. The First Lady even said something to the person after me like “ oh you guys showed up at the same time bla bla” and the customer said we’ll we’re early for our appointment, indicating I was late or made a mistake? Really upset I’m here all the time and do all my shopping. I’ll probably go to a different pharmacy from now on

They work so very hard under intense pressure to fill a lot of prescriptions, answer a lot of questions, call a lot of insurance companies, answer a lot of phone calls and they do it all to help us. They somehow manage to keep positive and helpful no matter what. They are amazing and they need understanding and our patience!

Smith's pharmacy is the best. Went to other local pharmacies and they never had the medications or knew how to handle a prescription. There is sometimes a line but there's always a line to check out groceries so patience goes a long ways. In my opinion they always do their best with a smile!

Standing in line Sunday morning. 1 minutes before 10. There are 2 people online including myself. Arissa starts opening the gates. Technician Kellie, Walks by us in a hurry. It looks like she's running late. And says as she's walking by us where we could hear her. Oh my hell already. FYI we heard you and that's not nice to say. You should have been to your job on time. And we're here a minute before 10. We were waiting patiently. When being helped by her at the counter she had an attitude the entire time. We had to wait for our own prescription to be filled and you could hear her on the phone with everyone that she talked to. Had an attitude rolled her eyes at almost everyone that walked away after she helped them.

Changing my review as things have really changed for the better here, glad I stuck it out as Smiths pharmacies are the only ones I like to go to no matter which state I live in or town. When I lived in Payson the smiths pharmacist there saved my life with a potential interaction and I was so greatful that she cared enough to look check and bring to mine and my drs. Attention. These guys here in Magna have been on it as I know they get very busy I try to do the automated phone when refilling and wait for a text message to come through to go pick up which is very convenient. The other day I had forgotten so I called and she was helpful friendly and got right on it and by the next day I received my text message that they were ready and swung by after work also there hours are very convenient if you work late as I do. Thank you as I know you all work hard and get very busy!
