I used to love this location. I'm not sure what happened, but it is terrible now. Basically every part of your shopping experience will be better at any of the other Smith's locations.
The Smith's fuel center in Magna is equally awful. It's like the gas pumps are still using dial up. They take forever to even start pumping fuel. It also usually spills quite a bit.
In short, the Magna Smith's and it's accompanying fuel center have been on a continuous downward spiral for some time now.

It's bad enough when there aren't enough cashiers so I have to use self check-out. But, when I do it their way, I am held up by the machine saying "Help is on the way". I never asked for help. Either I have too many items or I am being accused of not scanning all my items. An associate finally comes around and looks at the recording of me scanning my items. Then I am allowed to proceed with my payment. While I am doing this review, I am also disturbed by the fact that no one ever offers to help someone take their groceries to their car. Come on people!!! At least help the seniors and disabled!!! My family has spent thousands and thousands of dollars through out the past 25 years at this store. It's pretty sad.

Not stocked, several items gone, shelves empty, products, especially in the ice cream frozen section, product not in the right places so not sure of price and very little variety.

Short staffed. Nobody at bakery. Old sales tags up, dont honor prices.
I had 2 full carts, asked for help, got nobody.
Now goong shopping elsewhere

Might not be the biggest Smith store but always has what I need they keep fruit and vegetables always fresh n never empty
