Ignored completely by staff members working/stocking the isles; trip hazards through our the store, like an obstacle course, had to ask workers to move merchandise and carts being used by them that was blocking the isles; not a wide selection of organic foods like other Smith's/Kroger. Very disappointed, since this store is closed by where I am temporarily staying. Will no go back. I would rather drive miles away to a store and staff that provides better service. My wife was shopping at the Smiths store in Magna and was rudely treated by an older woman cashier when she asked for some help with the digital coupon. My wife is a gentle and kind person who would never treat be rude or unkind to anyone. My wife called me just after her experience and told me about the situation and how the cashier said she would not help my wife and treated her very rudely. We have a choice where we spend our money and we are not going to spend it at a place that treats a sweet woman like my wife with rudeness. Smith's, you have lost our business because your employees demonstrate extremely poor customer service.

Every time we shop this Smith location we get mold rotten food, I shop online and do pick up orders but still expect to receive unmoldy food, this is disgusting never shopping this place again… shame on the grocery manager or better yet the store director for allowing this to take place, I hope corporate is satisfied with this location and the help inspector needs to visit more often

Tonya in money services doesn’t seem to put much effort into her customer service position. My mom has come here over the years to send money to her home country, and she always seems to run into issues with her. All other employees that have worked the desk seem to know what to do, and even when they don’t, they are able to get help from someone who can. But Tonya does not do that. She has apparently been at this location for 30 years, yet she’s the only person that has run into issues with sending money to my mothers homeland. Even when she has been clearly told, that the very same location/address has been used to send money to, without issue before, she does not take that as a reason to try something else. There was urgency in sending this money due to a family members funeral back home, and my mother was kindly asking her for help. Instead, Tonya decided that me asking her if there was someone that could better assist my mother, was a reason to exclaim how, “I’ve been with the company for over 30 years, I know what I’m doing, you know what?” Before hanging up on me…

I’ve always loved shopping at Smith’s but I have found myself shopping elsewhere due to Smith’s prices seem to be much higher on some products than others. They have meat prices listed as one price on the sign and a higher price on the package. Therefore I choose to go elsewhere.

This place has gone downhill. Front of the store stinks like cigarettes and stale cotton candy from the degenerates that smoke and vape out front. I don't like Wal-Mart and Reams is overpriced. So it's of to Winco I go........

Things are always out of stock and never proactively restocked. Its like the people that opperate this wait until the last moments to resupply their store. Its A JOKE. The Walmart Freshmarket down the street is managed way better than this place....AND CHEAPER

Asked a random associate if the customer service was open wasn't sure due to the holiday and she said I'm not sure and then proceeded to politely ask a male cashier if the customer service was open because I was in need of assistance and the male cashier proceeded to yell and bully this poor lady and speak to her as if she was stupid I was absolutely disgusted with his reaction of her asking a simple question on my behalf he then proceeded to stomp off and began talking to another female employee shame on your behavior I should have gotten his name because that was a terrible way to talk to someone grow up and learn some respect

This is my neighborhood market and I absolutely love coming here. It's always clean and the staff is amazing. The pharmacy will help you find coupons on your medication.
