I need to know how I can get ahold of HR or the owner or I might have to even go further because of the situation at the smoke for less in magna Utah there's a man that works there that likes to scream and holler all the time I always try to avoid when he's working but I never know exactly when he is he has screamed at me in front of many customers blamed me for things that were not true and now since the store has caller ID he actually gave my number to somebody one of his friends to post a picture of himself standing in the store I did not think they were allowed to use my phone number to give to somebody to harass me and it's disgusting because I'm the one that's not allowed in the store and I'm pretty sure it is illegal for a worker to use the caller ID at their work and have somebody take a picture of this person that is harassing me and scares the hell out of me there's been people in the store and any makes up stories never had a problem with anybody there been going there for over 9 years and now one of your workers actually used my phone number off of your caller ID and gave it to one of his friends to post a picture of him to send to me to intimidate me even more something has to be done because I am so very upset number one there's no reason I should be one kicked out of the store he should be fired I hope this gets resolved because if not I guess I'll have to go to the assistant general and the better Business bureau and maybe even have to file a report to the police station this person likes to intimidate women especially but he just has a grudge for some reason about me and I and nobody else deserves this kind of treatment and then giving my number to one of his friends to take a picture of him at work and send it to me that really really scares the heck out of me

I enjoy going to the shop. The last couple of times I went there were on difficult days and the women that work there are so nice and it has made my day not bad at all.... Thanks.

Was able to find a butane cam to fill my mini torch and the lady showed that it had adapters to make the top work perfectly

Horrific customer service. Had an employee curse me and call me out my name several times and threaten me in front of the store and the manager say she isn't going to do anything about it. Then when I reached out to the owner he doesn't respond or acknowledge that anything happened. This store is associated with the one in the 5600 plaza with vasa and the other one on 7200 west

Normally an ok shop, the lady who works there is great, but it’s just kind of a kick in the teeth to head over from some last minute goodies and they’re closing almost half an hour early. Outstanding customer service 👌 tired? Just close early right?

It is a nice smoke shop with lots of selection.....Unfortunately though , I realized today I need to start looking around , the prices on Pop papers DOUBLED in just the last month or so ... I understand raising prices but DOUBLE within only a matter of months .. it seems to be all papers , not just the Pop..

I can't even give them a star I've been going there for many years and giving them my business where I could go elsewhere but due to the new staff they have they have a younger guy that works there that not only before you leave you don't notice hasn't given you all your change but when you come back to ask for it he acts tough like he's going to hurt you and start screaming at you being a female this is the most ignorant thing all I did is go back to ask for the manager's number because he did not give me back all of my change I'm sure he does this to a lot of people I guess that's why he makes his extra tips you going somewhere sucks cuz they make me put a star on there just to get it to go through I wouldn't even give them one star when they make a woman cry just because she knows that they ordered two more dollars and they yell at her that pretty much doesn't deserve anything let alone a business license I will never go to a smoke for less ever again and I will make sure to let people know all about the one in magna

Sign says they open at 8 am. Must not have enough staff to open the smoke shop on time since it's after 8:30... I'll take my business elsewhere. They have raised their prices and lost the only good employees they had left. Now they'll lose they only good customers they have left as well.

Most of their paraphernalia is over priced garbage... You can get the same paraphernalia on Amazon and eBay... Their location in Magna is horribly located, the traffic in the parking lot makes parking out front of this location like a game of Blade Runner... 2 out of 5 ★'s because they sell Nag Champa.....

I use to love this store. I'm unhappy that mgmt made the decision they did and let a good manager go. They should have fired only the girl that caused they fight. Your manager was only defending herself. I don't go there anymore I decided to quit smoking.

Everyone who’s been working when I shop there take excellent care of me, very knowledgeable and very nice always greets me when I come in and wishes me a good day when I leave.
