I have had a account with Transwest C U since it was Garfield C U, opened it in November 1979. I have used other financial institutions but you never got the customer service I have always had, they know me rather I call or go into the credit union. Now tell me if you call any other financial institutions do they recognize your voice. Nooooo, they don't . I have appreciated these people for 43 years, my children and grandchildren also bank with them because they have seen the respect I have been given their entire lives. Three generations of trust. No bank can do or say that they are better than that. They will always have my loyalty.

By far this is thhe best credit union around. They are always so helpful and nice. It is nice to have a credit union that knows you by name and not a number. Thank you for everything

I can show you my account saying my funds were deposited and then they over drafted my accounts stating that the funds were available. I have pictures and emails. They froze my credit card because of what they claimed was fraud and i called 17 times to get the situation fixed and it was never resolved, they then also charged me a fee for sending me out a new card. They have let me cash 3rd party checks before and now conveniently they don't. What a terrible experience for someone that has never had one problem with funds, bill payments or anything. I don't appreciate being treated like a thief when I pay my bills. Accounts will be closed this week.
