VERY pissed and upset! I just tried to come in and retrieve my package and the lady and the guy working basically refused to get my package. I have been waiting for this package for over a week now and all because they are lazy they told me they weren't going to go and get it from the back. I have never been refused picking up packages and now who knows when ill be able to get it

Edit: Just since I posted this review a few weeks ago, I have had TWO MORE packages mis delivered. Including a package of my medical supplies that cost nearly $1K! And had tracking on the darn package! I also received another package of someone else’s. And when I went to the community mail box yesterday, there were packages sitting on top, just out on the open, that were obviously delivered to other people at the wrong address. This is absolutely ridiculous that these clowns can’t get the deliveries to the right addresses on packages! They seriously just don’t seem to care about it at all.——————If I could give this office zero stars I would. I am so sick and tired of the mis delivered mail, mail that never arrives. Or me receiving packages and or mail of other people, with addresses not even close to mine! Today, is the third time for mis delivered packages in less than two weeks!!! I got packages for two people that don’t belong to me. So I drove them directly to the rightful owners. The addresses on them aren’t even remotely close to mine! So how do these people keep getting them so wrong when they literally have to hand scan them?I was waiting for a package to arrive with a value of $175 this last week. It says it was delivered Saturday. I go check my box. A key for the community box larger size. I open it, it is completely empty. And the one next to mine which has remained locked all weekend is still locked. I suspect my package key is in someone else’s box. Well, the last couple packages (a PlayStation and a Blu Ray set of Stranger Things) ended up somewhere else. Even though tracking shows delivered. And whoever got them never gave them back. I ate the cost on both packages. Because the sender has a tracking that shows delivered. Nearly $500 in loss. And the Post Office doesn’t do anything. Or seem to care. They tell you “if it shows delivered, there is nothing we can do”. Well, yeah, that is the point!!! It shows delivered, because of the incompetent lackies delivering the mail delivering it to the WRONG ADDRESS!It pisses me off to no end. That the Post Office delivery gets away with delivering to the wrong address and never seem to be held accountable. As you can’t sue them. They have immunity, literally. And the bosses say “they will talk to the carriers”. And yet, the problems continue. In 20 years at my address (so a very well established resident), they have either mis delivered, or not delivered at all, no less than 120 packages, bills or other things I was waiting on. That is at a minimum. The old Magna boss knew me on a first name basis.I want to be very clear, my one star is related to the delivery from Magna. And the bosses not doing anything to reel in the problem. The counter employees have always been absolutely wonderful. It is a shame that delivery is so dysfunctional. But this is what you get, when you allow systems to go unchecked. Without some recourse when employees are clearly not good at what they do.UPDATE: a neighbor got my package. After opening it and realizing it wasn’t theirs, they luckily did the right thing and returned it to me. Otherwise, I would be eating another $175 package. Because of the incompetence of the delivery here, from the Magna Post Office.After reading all the other reviews, similar to mine, I am left feeling there are few options left to deal with this dysfunctional post office. One of them is to get the news out here to cover this story. And if it happens again in the next few months with mis delivery like this, that is EXACTLY what I plan to do! Maybe embarrassing them will get them to take action finally! Enough is enough! Magna deserves better service!

What a joke the change of address is. I had a P.O. Box that I wanted to have any remaining mail forwarded to my home address as I was closing the P.O. Box. They couldn’t forward my mail because they couldn’t provide I was the owner of the P.O. Box even with multiple forms of identification. What a joke!

Received a note on my door claiming, they tried dropping off my package. Not once did I hear a knock on my door nor did I see a USPS or postal service car parked outside my door. Did you guys even try or even knock on my door? Or just take it back to the shop bc your to lazy to do your job? Ridiculous, & they don’t even give you an option to speak with a representative when you call!!!

Been coming here for years now to send out packages and letters for my company. All of the team members are very nice and helpful, and even when there is a relatively long line, they always get through it pretty quick

Straight up didn't deliver my package and took it to the post office without my consent. Can't even report the issue or file a claim on the website. I don't have a car and I don't live at the post office and if I wanted USPS to have my packages INSTEAD of me, I would put their address as the shipping address.

Mail hasn't been delivered in 2+ weeks. Their reasoning is that we have had it blocked and the mail man can't get to the mailbox without getting out. Which we did have someone parking there for a while but have resolved that issue with that person. We have had nothing blocking our mailbox for a week now and have ring footage showing this. Our neighbors mail box is less than 2 feet away from ours and they've been getting their mail without an issue this whole time. We went in to the office because I figured there was some outdated note or something on our address and I was hoping to get it resolved. So I can get my mail. The supervisor there was completely unwilling to listen to reasoning and basically said that we obviously had it blocked and that we're wrong, there's nothing she can do. We have cameras showing the mailman completely skip our mallbox and deliver to our neighbors (less than two feet away). She wouldn't look at the video or photo evidence and childishly looked away like my 2 year old throwing a tantrum. I am absolutely baffled that someone like this can be in charge of anything. In a world like ours today, the best way to be is patient, kind and understanding. This woman holds no capability to be any of the aforementioned. We have now filed a complaint and hope this will be resolved. If you ever have an issue with this post office and need the supervisor to do her job and act like an adult, good luck! My girlfriend is normally patient and understanding in any situation and even she couldn't keep her cool with this person.

I am visiting and needed to mail some things home. I stopped off at this post office because of convenience and I am SO GLAD I did! This was the most quiet and friendly post office I have used. (I have been to post offices across the nation.) I didn't know what to use, and was nicely, and efficiently informed of all my options so that I could choose what was best for what I needed.

The only way to get someone's attention is a 1 star review. So that's what you get, even though for the most part our mail delivery people are great.Today I picked up a package from my curbside box that WREAKED of cigarette smoke. I mean it was awful!!
