Waste of time and space. Spent an hour at this branch trying to withdraw $6400 for a clutch job at Peterbilt Salt Lake. 2 tellers, not from the Magna branch, couldn't pull that money from the drawer. Had to wait for another employee to return from an errand. Overly questioned about why I needed to withdraw this amount from MY business account. Staff proceeded to do a full blown background check by calling MY home branch in Pensacola Florida. After 45 minutes sitting in the waiting area listening to Bronson condescend bank guests, not only in English, but also in Spanish, the manager finally got the approval to release MY money.Today's visit has given this retired military veteran and small business owner pause to move my business account elsewhere.Give this struggling branch a pass and go elsewhere.

They said they were busy. No one helped me and that delayed my Wire transfer.Edit: I'm going to change my review to 4-star as Wanwisa Millar helped me the other day in priority, right early in the Morning. Thanks to her, my Wire transfer got released on the same day. She deserves a raise!

Wells fargo is a pita when it comes to changing checks from their own bank if you don't have an account. Good luck if you come to this chain.

This location is consistently one of the worst locations to deal with. I already am not a fan to begin with of Wells Fargo. But there always seems to be issues here. For instance, the latest issue: went there Monday to cash a check. Forgot they were closed for the holiday. That is my fault. However, the next time I had a chance to go back, was this Friday. I arrived there at exactly 5 PM. I thought I would be fine. Because their entry door says 6 PM on Friday. I know because I checked the hours when there Monday when they were closed. Well, after standing there for 10 minutes at the door, ringing their doorbell, they completely ignored me and a few other customers. When a customer who was inside before 5 PM finally came to leave, an employee had to unlock the door to let the customer out. Two of us customers standing there asked why they had the door closed. The woman said, “We close at 5. When the other customer there said “well your door says 6”, the woman employee said, “we have closed at 5 on Fridays for two years”. Well, if that is the case, then there is absolutely NO EXCUSE IN THE WORLD FOR THE DOOR TO STILL SAY 6 PM!!!! REMOVE THIS FALSE ADVERTISING! Or I am gonna repost you to the authorities who do over-site for banks and the news! I am SO SICK OF THESE LOUSY BIG BUSINESS CORPORATIONS thinking our time and fuel to get there don’t mean anything! There is not one valid excuse in the world why a multi BILLION dollar corporation can’t change a .25 cent sticker on the door for business hours to the correct hours. And stop costing countless customers time, money, fuel, wear and tear on their cars and more pollution in the air here in Salt Lake Valley for wasted trips! None! Fix it, or I am gonna escalate this issue BIG TIME! Just in the short time I was there, at least 6-8 customers came and expected to get in and couldn’t. So this is likely making at least a few dozen customers every Friday drive here for no reason after 5 PM, thinking they are open until 6 PM. What a total and complete disregard for the respect of your customers! It is stuff like this that cost your company a massive financial investment from our family!

In my opinion wells fargo bank hates veterans to shut off a veterans debt card on veterans day so have no access to there money all weekend shows hate and discontent for veterans everywhere and then to be told by a tier 3 manager that there is nothing that could be done about it and it is just my tough luck shows even more hate toward veterans.

Very smooth experience in opening a new bank account without an appointment. The lady was very friendly and explained me very well about their services.

Went to Magna Branch to get clarification on some paperwork and "their meaning" on asking us to sign documents we needed to know what that meant if we signed them and if that meant us losing our home of 16 yrs.The lady would not answer any of our questions stated they weren't the mortgage dept. Would not take the time to even clarify our concerns. Wouldn't give us some kind of help in what certain words meant nothing. Horrible customer service.Thank you West Valley Branch for answering all our questions and making us feel confident.

I called the telephone number and spoke to a customer service representative. I asked her if I can schedule an appointment to see a banker to have a paper notarized. I also told her I needed to have an appointment before 12:00 p.m. she placed me on hold and got a hold of the local office where I'm trying to go to. She came back and she told me that she spoke to the bank and they stated to her that I was free to just walk in and anyone can help me. So I left my house took me less than 5 minutes to get to the bank and I walked in and I asked to have someone notarize my paper then the lady not a teller but one of the bankers came up to us and said I'm sorry you have to make an appointment. I told her that I called customer service and customer service spoke to you guys telling her that I was free to come in at any time. She apologized and said no I'm sorry you have to make an appointment. I was very frustrated because I needed this paper to be notarized as soon as possible for my kid to go to school. I left this bank and I will never go back and do business with them ever again. If you need a paper to be notarized quickly and in a professional manner go to mountain America in Magna Utah.

I've been a customer of Wells Fargo since 2006, I have a business account, personal custom management account, Wells Fargo credit card NOT maxed out, and my house mortgage over 112000, and you would THINK I could cash a check for 600 and deposit it in my personal account. But nooooo, it's a Chase check, and has been for 8 yrs or longer. I cash my check every week for last 8 yrs and not a problem, even at this branch. But today I was told they couldn't cash it and deposit it. I will never step foot in this branch again. I will continue to bank at my branch on main and 1900 so in Salt Lake. Ef the banker and teller I was stuck with at the magna branch today. This branch SUCKS

This branch has the worst possible customer service. I would give it less than one star. It's atm never works, and today when I arrived at 5 pm the atm was broken. I went into the line at the bank and waited patiently behind a customer that took a few minutes. When I arrived the teller said that I arrived a minute too late and that I would have to go to another bank. Well that meant I had to drive 1 hr in rush hour traffic in boiling hot weather with no ac and a 2 year old in my car to deposit 200 into my account, something that would have taken 1 minute or less. This teller was heartless when I told her that I had a kid in my car and that it would be very inconvenient if not dangerous. She didn't care. One minute was too much. You will be sure that I will never forget this horrible, terrible experience and I will write it on every review site and call the branch manager. This branch is horrible.
