Had to drive from Ogden to Magna. I called Tamesia and she said that she would wait for me to get there to help with an IRA even if it was after 5pm. I made by 5 and she stayed late to help me out. What great customer service! Thank you Tameisa! You are awesome!

I live in Price and had an issue with a joined account with my Mother in West Valley.. John was the rep that helped my Mother and I. My Mom's english is very broken and I know how serious banks are when it comes to hearing the needed information to proceed. Because I live in Price, John and I conversation took place over the phone. I knew it was close to closing hours but John stayed patient and supportive. He made a difficult situation go smooth over the phone and I really appreciate his professionalism throughout the whole process. Thank you Zions for hiring such an amazing employee to carry your building. Thank you again John for your help.
