“I just got a new car and was with giecko and it was super expensive so I was going to go shopping around. I did find it weird that they called me a day after I googled "insurance near me" but I don't think it works that way. I know I've got bombarded with phone calls from insurance agencies in the past after using websites that compares insurance rates. I avoided those for that reason. I think it was just a coincidence. I'm glad they did call me cause it saved me the hassle of going around town looking at rates and deciding on what agency to use. All that being said he knew what he was talking about. He gave me a better coverage for a little cheaper rate which made me happy. That's why I'm giving him a 5 star review”
“I was rear ended in an auto accident and the person who hit me was insured with Auto Owners Insurance. James Woods was the adjuster assigned to the case and I found him to be very professional and efficient. Mr. Woods went also went the extra mile in making sure I had a rental car when my car was in the shop being fixed.
When my auto insurance needs to be renewed, I’m considering taking my business to Auto Owners because customer service seems to be a top priority.”
