“These guys SAVED a deadline for my business. I had another company print stickers and they were not clear enough even after trying to fix it. I had a deadline for the weekend and only a day left so I worked with postnet. They’re so helpful and they got me the stickers as soon as possible which was the day of in this case. The stickers were so clear too.”

“I had Snelson's develop 22 enlargements (11x14), and I was extremely pleased with their service and their product. Both were top quality! Their employee, Roger, contacted me shortly after I uploaded the photos on their website to say that most of them had uploaded as very small files that would not make good prints. He suggested I try uploading them from a desktop file rather than directly from a Mac photos app, and that worked. If I had sent the photos to a national company that handles huge volumes of photos, I don't think I would have received a call, and the prints would have been terrible. Also, the photos were printed and shipped the next day and arrived the day after that. (I'm only a 25-minute drive from their lab, but I wasn't going to be able to pick them up as soon as I needed them.) My local mail never moves that quickly, so I was pleasantly surprised. They did a super job of packaging the photos so there was no chance of their being ruined in shipping. Plus, the price for developing enlargements was really reasonable--less than Walmart and Walgreens enlargements. Plus, I didn't have to play the coupon/discount game that some other companies regularly use. Thank you, Snelson's!”

“I was very pleased with my “first-time” experience with the business. Kaylnne greeted us both (another customer) quickly and proceeded to assist the first customer walking her through making personal copies. Then immediately attended to me. She listened with focus to what I came for. Then —— she proceeded to explain what she could do and made adjustments until I was satisfied with the results. I was there for approximately 20 minutes coping and resizing. During that time she was multitasking with two other things but never skipping a beat with me or forgetting what I needed. * PROFESSIONAL * INFORMATIVE * PLEASANT * FOCUSED ON ME I will return to this business.”

“We love working with Art City Frames! As a small business that sells preserved flowers in float frames, we got to the point where we needed a custom frame supplier to provide high quality frames for our products. We met with several but none even came close to the level of professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail as Art City Frame Co. They are super personal and willing to work with us to meet our needs, even if that’s orders of 200+ frames per month ? we have loved working with them and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for high quality frames.”

“I was in a bind and need some stickers by the next day. I order at 4pm and they had them ready to go the next day at 4pm. Im located about 5 hours away from them and was not gonna make it before they closed. I called and asked if we could arrange something. I was able to pick them up at 9pm at night! They are high quality and will definitely be using them for all my needs!!!!”

“I appreciate the staff so much. I came in last minute needing to get a 2’ x 3’ print done and laminated. They squeezed me in and made sure that I got my print done! Can’t say the same for Office Depot though! They were rude and wanted nothing to do with me. This is my print shop now and I appreciate the extra mile these guys are willing to go.”

“Would give 10 stars if I could! I had a large, unwieldy package that I needed to ship out and I was carrying it and my sleeping baby in his car seat. A tall young man jumped to help me as soon as I came in, taking the package and taping the label on for me. I was in and out within 3 minutes. Thank you very much young sir!”

“Very convenient place. They have everything you need and more. I use their printing service a lot for school and it’s easy to use. They also have laminating machines. The location is great, easy access and designated parking for costumers. Most of all the service is great. They are very helpful and kind.”

“I came in near the end of the day's hours to do an Amazon return. The worker was friendly and communicated clearly. The worker also managed the checkout and Amazon returns lines simultaneously without making anyone wait too long (I had to wait maybe 5-10 minutes total, which was very reasonable). Store was clean with decent displays set out. A good staples store.”

“Just wanted to give Bryce front the printing department a shout-out. This booklet was a hefty project for my university class, and Bryce’s great customer service gave me peace of mind while printing it. Bryce was very knowledgeable and kind while answering my MANY questions, and was patient with me while I had technical difficulties getting my documents off my computer. Bryce had helpful suggestions during the whole process. He’s a great employee! The printing department at the Orem Staples is lucky to have Bryce. However, the cashier (probably a supervisor) likely in his mid 50s, eye glasses, salt and pepper hair and beard, and a tall & slim build— was NOT as stellar at customer service. He processed my Amazon return and didn’t speak a word to me. After, I asked, “do you know when I’ll get a confirmation email?”, to which he sneered, “why would I have any idea about that?” as he walked away. But, I couldn’t help noticing this cashier was much friendlier to the 5 or so middle-aged, male customers that came after me also returning packages. Does he have a grudge against young women? Plus, I could smell his body odor (B.O.) from across the cash register, and his red t-shirt looked dirty.”
