“Beware! Working with Rafael and his son has been an absolute nightmare. After paying in full for my custom cabinets drawings, I was promised detailed drawings of the design. Not only did they fail to deliver the drawings, but they also became completely unresponsive after receiving my payment. I have repeatedly reached out, only to be met with excuses or, worse, complete silence. This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable, and it’s clear they have no respect for their clients once they have your money. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere—this company is nothing but a scam. Avoid at all costs!”
