Justin works fast, is very knowledgeable and has reasonable prices. He had my classical guitar set up and playing better than the previous tech I went to. Overall great experience.

Utah School of Guitar Making is a premiere lutherie school for anyone interested in building a custom handmade guitar. Equipped with speciality machines, custom jigs, innovative tools, and personalized instruction, USGM facilitates exceptional guitar making in just 7 to 10 days.
Two main courses are available: The Standard Course and The Master Course. Our luthier has 20+ years of experience playing, teaching, and building guitars. No experience is required and local and national students are welcome.
Courses are scheduled over two weeks: Week One 4 days (M-Th) & Week Two 3 days (M-W). Consecutive 7-day (M-Sa) courses and custom schedules are available.
