  Don't go by any old reviews, now this store has a new management, they are very helpful and friendly, they speak to every customer with great love and the store is very clean, everything is very clean, I love it

  After today’s experience I will NEVER go to this 7-eleven again. I will drive 15 minutes out of my way to go to another one. I took my kids today which is bring your own cup & fill it up with a slurpee. I asked the cashier to make sure before my kids started filling up their cups because this location is known not to do any promotions that other 7-elevens do. He specifically said “no we don’t do that” which I thought was weird because I verified on Facebook. He said “only large cups” mind you he was VERY hard to understand. So my kids & I walk over to the slurpee station, grab 5 large cups, he comes around the corner & starts talking but out of all of us we couldn’t understand him, all we understood was that he said “only the green cups” by that time we had filled two large clear cups. So I dumped them out & was willing to pay for the two we had dumped. We fill 5 green cups get up to the register & he charged us for 5 clear cups that we had dumped which we actually didn’t. He started screaming at me & told me to leave because I wasn’t willing to pay for the 5 clear cups when only two were wasted, but like I said I would have paid for the two just not 5 cause we didn’t waste 5. Every person who works at this specific location is always rude and has no customer service. Stay away from this location. I hope they change ownership or get shut down. Also to mention the place was filthy & did not smell good.

  Probably the worst 7-11 in ogden. Staff are rude and expect you to spend $5 just to use the restroom

  I wouldn't shop here there's other stores that are better one fellow that was working the cash register forcefully gave me an item that I did not want! I also got 2 pizzas and he was charging 31 dollars when in other 711's they're about 8 dollars each, they are scammers that scam right in your face, I hope this review gets recognized and someone's will do something about this

  most horrible customer service in the world i will never go here again . it was a guy working early early morning time, like 4am and i promise i will not go back to this stupid store ever again. it was disgusting and dirty but i mostly can’t believe how rude and disrespectful the cashier was.

  Watch your prices they'll try and rip you off, for example buy 2 gatorades get the third half off, they'll charge you full price just to see if you'll notice, I've had many arguments with this owner.

  Came to write a review about the Indian woman who works here. Guess am not the only who experience how rude she is. Reading all these reviews from months ago how rude she is. I can't believe 7-Eleven's corporation has done anything about this yet.

  Did you know a cup of ice water is a dollar. If your smart you’ll go to maverick, it’s .50. Save yourself the hastle, or get it for free with a refill cup most anywhere, they will charge you here.Good luck everyone and stay hydrated!Also terrible customer service from the cashier.

  Set card readers were updated to no longer take swipe, says app cannot be used to pay from wallet for wallet actually gives instructions on how to do that at the register, disrespectful assuming I'm stupid about card readers an the 7/11 app, sliding the card cost the merchant money no such update exist to remove swiping option, an if you tap pay with wallet it has 3 basic steps on how to do it, I'd rather lose money at over priced shell then ever go back to this 7/11 again
