Came in for a dying battery and had it tested very quickly. Associate didn't try to upsale, he just told me the facts and wasn't condescending (which can be a problem when you're a woman getting stuff for a car!) They changed the battery in a flash. Whole thing took less than a half hour.

O’Reilly employees were professional, assertive, very helpful and hands on. The store was well organized, clean, stocked with auto parts and equipment to scan the car motor engine system to see what the issue(s) were, get the car parts needed, then fix the problem(s).
