The Fountains have been great as far as quality. The only negative I have to this point is the customer service - on the poor side. They can be pleasant at times (when only minimal effort is required) - but ask them a question that invovles more effort and they come across as put-off/irritated... Stand your ground and push back for the information you need - they won't volunteer it without your stance.

We had an Adagio water feature in our medical center from 2008-2020 but it corroded up and we got a new one. The second one lasted 2 years before it leaked all over our lobby. It had corroded like mad after one year. I think they changed manufacturers and now the metal is garbage. I advised their customer service about the leakage and they told me it was because I added a couple drops of bleach every couple of weeks, which I had done for years on the first Adagio. This is nonsense. They don't stand behind their products; find another water feature. In addition to corroding, when it was put together, all the metal parts at the base were loose; there were no fasteners. Also the lighting unit on top was too close to the water and also had no fasteners. Just a really poor product for over $2000.00. Stephen Weinman, MD

Adagio is amazing. I am enjoying my multicolored lights on my pacifica waterfall. The accentuates my room, the water falls on the stones; it's beautiful!!!!!

Top notch! I had worked in an office with one of their water features in the past and ordered one for my new office. It was exactly as pictured and I was able to choose the exact stone I wanted for the fountain. I was concerned about installation but it was much easier than I imagined. I had a problem with one part on the feature being incorrect but a new one was sent immediately and customer service was great. I'm glad I decided to go with Adagio. Yes, they may be a bit more pricey that some others out there but honestly nothing compares as far as quality is concerned.

While I found the quality of the products to be good in comparison to other vendors and the delivery of said products to be timely. My one disappointment in the experience surrounded my encounter with your customer service representative. The person was not only dismissive they were borderline rude. This soured my referrals to other potential customers. The true success of any business rests with both the purchase experience and the post purchase experience. If the company is happy with pump and dump tactics then they will disregard my note. But if they want to increase their bottom line......Do the right thing when a customer calls with questions or concerns. My concern was legitimate and I was looking for a concerned ear. That didn't happen. The price point for some light bulbs was what I considered to be reasonable .....IF the way I read the ad was correct but the picture post showing two bulbs turned out to be their showing two different types of bulbs. This made the purchase a non starter as over priced and I would not have added it to my order.....But I did and the response from the company rep was less than pleasant! So take it or leave it as they say.......

Our expensive Harmony River water feature failed twice -- leaks from the metal box at the bottom. The first time, Adagio replaced it, but reluctantly after questioning whether it really leaked. (Why would I go through the hassle of replacing it if it wasn't leaking?) That was within 1 year of purchase. 5 years later, the replacement box also began leaking. Adagio wouldn't do anything but try to sell us a new pan for $500+. Sorry, but when you pay $1800 or so for an expensive water feature, it should last more than 1 - 5 years. We enjoyed it when it worked, but it's not worth the money for a defective product and Adagio's customer service is poor. I do not recommend doing business with this company.

Great product. But the instructions are terrible for how much you spend for the waterfall. I would suggest they invest in a little better manual for a product that costs almost 6k. Other than that, the product is well made and so far so good. Don't forget to ask about shipping to your door. That can be an extra $500.00 because the freight is only to the curb. So if you have a store like mine in a shopping center, it is complicated to get it in. If also need someone who knows plumbing or a little construction to put it together. It is not the easiest thing to do as the cords almost don't fit. Everything is so tight, it is hard to put together.

The water feature is beautiful. The lights really highlight it on the wall. The only downsides of the feature is that the pump can be rather loud and there isn't a way to turn off the lights while keeping the water running. I have the water feature on my bedroom wall and wanted to have it running at night. With the lights on, it's too bright. I was able to cushion the pump in order to mitigate the noise so that's no longer a problem.

.I don't recommend doing business with this company. Our expensive Harmony River model has failed twice. Both times, the bottom pan holding the water leaked. The first time, within 1 year of purchase, Adagio reluctantly sent a replacement after questioning whether it really was leaking. (Yes, it was. I sent pictures. Why would I want to replace it if it was working well.) The second time, 6+ years after purchase, Adagio only offered to sell us a new pan for $500+. Sorry, but if you pay $1800 or so for a fancy water feature, it should not leak and should last more than 5 - 6 years. Adagio didn't seem to care. We liked the feature when it worked, but it failed twice and Adagio seems to have a problem with leaks.
