We love Alexander’s! Our groomer is amazing and he always does such a good job, he takes care of our pup and always gives us reports on how she did. We also love that she doesn’t get stuck in a kennel the whole time she is there but gets to be around the other dogs and hang out!

This "service" only accepts clients (regardless of the service requested and how long it takes) until 2, despite being open until 5. This is not consistent though, and may be changed depending on whether the employee feels like working or not. I went in hours before closing to see an empty store, and was refused because the employee apparently didn't feel like doing it. On the rare occasion I have been accepted, the service was mediocre. Staff was friendly but seemingly inexperienced with the request for a nail clipping, and left me with an okay result- which, for the cheap price I paid, was perfectly fine by me. Do not go here expecting fantastic results or even okay customer service.

Did a great job on the groom and nail trim and my dog was not scared/anxious at all when I came to pick her up. Was told she even played with another dog. Would definitely go back.

We bring our dachshunds here for nail clipping and the staff is wonderful. Our dogs hate having their nails done and the kindness and professionalism of the staff is fantastic. I give them 10 stars for a great grooming staff. Thank you

I love taking my dog to Alexander’s. I don’t live that close to them anymore but it’s worth the drive! My dog always looks super cute when he’s done and their pricing is way reasonable.

I have been coming here for years with my dog. The first couple of years they did a great job grooming my pet and were very friendly. I would tell everyone I know that has a dog about how amazing they are and recommend they take their pet to Alexander's grooming. Recently I'm sad to say that it seems they have begun to cut corners and charge more at the same time. My dog used to be groomed so nicely. Now I noticed that my dogs tail isn't even brushed out very well and still damp. The haircut is not so sharp and the front desk guy has become very irritable. We are sadly looking for a new grooming place.
