Simply the very best there is in Utah, at the very least, and probably in the western states. These guys are incredible! They’re honest, professional, and they’re friendly. They communicate every step of the way and keep me apprised of things. Their prices are reasonable and they seem to actually care about their customers—a rarity nowadays. Keaton is just awesome and runs things beautifully! I’m just so happy I found these guys! I’ll never go anywhere else!

I had a recurring issue with the check engine light. We thought it was fixed but it came back. Called Keaton and he got me right in. only took a day and I'm back on the road... No issues. The quick response and reasonable cost were over and above the service you get from the dealer! Dan the owner and Keaton the service writer are knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. I have recommended Alex's to friends that have German cars.

I was nearly broken down on I-15...rush hour on a weekday. I called Mini of Murray in a panic, crying, sweaty and scared. They said no, they were booked up for a week and wouldn't even let me come in. I pulled over to a Jiffy Lube and they recommended Alex's Autohaus. I called and they welcomed me to their service shop. They were wonderful, reasonable, gave me options on what absolutely needed to be fixed and what could be fixed but not immediately. They kept me posted daily the entire time my darling Mini was in the shop. I really appreciate how they do business and they'll be getting ALL of mine from now on. Thank you!!!!!

Easily the best shop in Utah! I drive over three hours just to have these guys work on my bmw, they’ve unlocked my ecu so I could tune my car, they are also helping me install a aftermarket steering wheel and install a new performance turbo inlet tube for great prices.the communication is great, the workers are amazing people and always treat me right. I couldn’t recommend this shop more they will be the only people touching my car.

Alex’s Autohaus provided me a great service. Helped me get my A4 back on the road after my Steering rack went out. Keaton was more than helpful and the mechanics did a great job. They communicated with me very well and made sure I was taken care of.
