NOT once but twice they told me they were printing a new card both times I waited for about 25+minutes and they forgot to even print it. I am a patient person but I hope this location closes permanently ?.

This branch is horrible. Every single time I go in there's a different issue and I end up there forever. This time I told the manager after they were having trouble getting my card to work that I'm really frustrated that there's a problem with something every time. She was super rude back to me. Ya'll need to hire better workers. I'm about to just close my account and go somewhere else. Dealing with these people is absolutely dreadful.

I like this location a lot. The wait times can be a little long but it's understandable because they are a smaller branch within a store. Sarah has helped me each time I've been in and she is very kind and helpful. All of the staff has been friendly and I like going to this branch. Definitely would recommend!

Waited an hour and a half. The problem was they told me 15 min 5 times when I have a flight to catch.Was told 20 min ago she was just finishing up.needs work on honesty and communication.

I wish that I have less than one star options but unfortunately none! Very bad customer service it’s actually the worst! after more than 5 years I’m going permanently to close my account with the most weirdest people and bank policies in the valley, staff in all over needs deep training especially the branch manager she’s so rude with fake smile that doesn’t even Mach her face, so my advice for anyone don’t you ever trust and deal with America FirstDon’t do it, mountain America is always the best.

They are a difficult bank and the workers are always making mistakes and are pretty unhelpful.The trainees are especially badly trained.I been told contradictory stuff over three years.I had discrimatory treatment by both management and select workers. Some are truly good and helpful and nice, brought down by the few bad people.I especially hated There internet service not knowing there own passwords and having to try to do new ones, only to give up.My best advice is to Bank with a Real Bank or better Credit Union.The Headquarters have a way of bring unaccessable to tell them any problems. Don't believe any lame responses.

Employee ID : 14948-042-9 rolled her eyes and sarcastic smile …. Because she didn’t knew how it was the deposit going to be and so I explained again and she had this childish attitude ….Besides that .Branch Is always fast and even when they have people training they try to Don their best .

Not that the staff are at fault. But the bank policies and processes are terrible. They will not stand by you as a client for anything you need. We had a fraud incident, I ended up calling all the merchants personally and canceling the fraudulent orders. Even so it took America First two months to return my money.Other issues as well, but i dont have the energy to write more. But this complaint is not based on an isolated incident, or any single transaction, i have been with this credit union for 4 years.THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD THE DISPLEASURE OF WORKING WITH. I recommend capital one, in my years of banking with them they have been excellent, and i have not experienced the same issue although the situations were identical.
