I've sent my Robinair A/C machine to have it repaired multiple times for the same issue, and my machine still isn't fixed. I have paid them multiple times to fix that same issue, and all I get are excuses about how my machine is complex and has a dozen valves. I will no longer purchase another Robinair machine because these clowns, that don't know how to fix a Robinair machine, are the only Robinair certified repaired center in the state. To add insult to injury, I spoke to a friend at a local car dealership, and he said that his dealership switched to another brand of machine because he was tired of Automotive Specialty Equipment for the exact same reasons I've mentioned.

Called this place to get a quote for a lift, complete joke!! Don’t waste your time with the guy who says he’s been there over 30 years! That’s probably half the problem!! Take your business elsewhere, he obviously started pre qualifying me, told me if I want cheap, to go to the internet when I never even spoke price, I was just doing some due diligence and getting a couple quotes. Well he 11k quote earned my business as they were eager and helpful! Avoid this place !! From the reviews this guy is the problem !! I would fired him 20 years ago!!! Old pasty needs to go greet at wal mart !

Called to get a price quote on a 2 post lift for my home shop. Guy who answered the phone was rude and said he'd call me when he gets back from lunch. No thanks, I'll take my business elsewhere.

The Old Man is very rude and unprofessional. He was very disrespectful for no reason. He sat there insulting me even when I continued to be nice to him. The lady that we dealt with was very nice and professional. The Old Man needs to learn some professionalism from her. Use this place at your own discretion.

Fantastic experience from my first call to the install. They know lifts better than any other I had called. They had the model I wanted in stock and they were flexible installing lifts at our different locations. Not only will I continue to recommend them to friends, I will make them my first and only call for future vehicle hoist needs.

Automotive Specialty Equipment has been amazing. The staff and the owner are prompt and honest with their work. We ordered the in correct part and it was immediately replaced with a minimal restock fee which was stated in our contract. This is hard to find in our field of work. So Thank You Automotive Specialty for being so amazing. We will use you in the future as well as spreading the word of how amazing you are.

In Referent to Tiana Green's negative comments...she was not even here at the time of the incident so she is writing about HERE_SAY...The issue was I tried to help the gentleman that came in on the first visit. Then when he returned the items he wanted me to show him how to hook up his ac manifold equipment to his truck. I explained that we aren't here as instructors to teach someone hoot fix their vehicle. We did returned the customers monies minus a restocking fee for the USED part that they returned.

My husband went in and bought a hose that ended up being the wrong part for what he needed. When he returned to the store to return the part 2 HOURS LATER - and purchase other parts, the CORRECT ONES - DAN literally had himself a tantrum and went stomping away into the back room due to the return. He said "I have wasted enough time with you." Wow. REALLY DAN? Way to run a business!
