I originally had a bad customer service experience here about a year ago, but I decided to give Big Deal Outlet another chance-and I'm so glad I did. The improvement has been incredible.
The store has a nice variety and great prices, and the staff is now consistently kind, helpful, and professional.
Special thanks to the tall gentleman who restocks the snack area, the supervisors (especially Abby), Moose at the register, and Justin for loading my patio chairs.
Management also followed up on my old review, which I really appreciated.
I always leave this place with great deals and a great experience—Thank you for the amazing service!

There was so much expired food when I went there. I didn't think it was legal to sell expired foods. Be sure to look at dates if you shop there!

This was my 1st time seeing it, & I was quite impressed. I couldn't believe the prices on most things. It is extremely cheap! I got some Halls cough drops( 80 drops) for only 20cents. Unbelievable! So its definitely worth checking out!

I don't know who manages the front vending machines but they stole 50 cents from my 3 year old who was looking forward to having a monster truck sticker. No sticker came out. Thanks for ruining his day as well as mine.

Protect this store at ALL COSTS!! It's probably the only store that makes me feel like I'm living 30 years ago, when food was reasonably priced (and I wasn't even born then 😢)
