All I can say is thank you, thank you, thank you. What an incredible kind team. Everyone was so patient, helpful, caring, kind, and communicated very well. All of the techs, front desk ladies and doctor Evans are just incredible. I'm forever grateful for the help they have given my baby Ricky.

Great experience and our first time! Blue Pearl came highly recommended to us and we were not disappointed. Everything was done in a timely manner. The staff were SUPER nice and very professional. We will definitely be back.

Thank you Blue Pearl and Staff for everything you did to help our fur baby! Wr had to drive an hour away from Eagle Mountain to get our baby looked at since NO OTHER VET would take our fur baby when she needed help! You took us right in and made us feel comfortable and had so much empathy when we lost our fur baby. You guys were truly amazing and God bless all of you! ❤️❤️

I recently had to make the heartbreaking decision to put my beloved dog to rest, and I cannot express how grateful I am for the incredible care provided by the staff at BluePearl Pet Hospital. From the moment we walked in, everyone was attentive, supportive, and genuinely understanding of the difficult situation. They took the time to explain everything with compassion and treated both my dog and me with the utmost respect. Their kindness made an unbearable moment just a little bit easier. I will always be thankful for the professionalism and empathy shown during such a tough time. Highly recommend this team for their exceptional service and heartfelt care.

Blue Pearl providers were amazing! They took such great care of my dog Piper after she was hit by a car 3 nights ago. It was 10:00 pm and we called ahead, and they had a gurney ready to go. They ran out and got her out of the car and took her back immediately. She was in very bad shape. They were so sweet and kind to her and she's doing so much better!! I am so grateful to all of the staff. It was VERY expensive as it was after hours and on a weekend but they saved my baby girl's life and that is priceless. They do have options to finance with no interest for 12 months.

Brought my sick cat in to be put to sleep. The nurse and Dr were both uncompassionate. The Dr refused to put my cat to sleep and offered symptom treatment or a full diagnostic but said she would not put her down. Vets are supposed to give options, not take them away. $1500 later my cat had arthritis in her spine and diabetes. Followed up with my regular vet two days later and still ended up putting my cat to sleep. My regular vet said it's not their right to refuse that service, it's the pet owners decision. This experience felt like going to a used car salesman, like it was more about making money than the care and quality of life of my cat. They made a horrible, heartbreaking experience so much worse and ridiculously expensive. I have had multiple pets and vets over many years, and I have to say this vet is the only one I've ever noticed with pretty long fake nails. I guess she's not doing surgery. Must be great to pamper yourself with all the extra money you're over charging clients for. I will never visit this hospital again. I wish I had read all the reviews before going here. Also, Blue Pearl, spare me the reply comment of your empty apology.

Everyone was as kind as can be. The sticker shock was alarming, but everything is challenging money wise these days. The place and staff were truly the best! If ever needed, I’d go there again.

MONEY HUNGRY
Our boy Zero got into a bad fight with another dog last Friday causing his eye to pop out. We took Zero into their emergency room for emergency surgery. They told us they can save his eye and there’s a 75% chance that there will still be function in his eye (yay!) so I gave the authorization and paid $1,800 to attempt to save it. We go to his checkup with his regular vet and there they informed us that his uninjured eye is not even functioning and he’s fully blind. Would’ve been nice to know before I paid the money to save the other eye. Fast forward a week after the incident I notice his injured eye is not doing well so I took him into another emergency vet (blue pearl was closed) and there they tell us that the tissue in the eye is dying and turning black so now we have to pay even more money to remove the eye. I feel like Blue Pearl lied to us about his eye being fine so we would pay the money to save it when they knew it wasn’t fine so that we would’ve eventually had to return to remove the eye therefore paying for two surgeries instead of just one from the get go. They took advantage of the situation and my distress, it’s honestly disgusting.

TAKE YOUR PET SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!
I took my dog in for an absolute emergency (I’ll save you the bloody details) 1st I don’t understand the wait when I was the only one there at 2 am, then the price dropped from ~1000 to ~600. That already made me feel like my dog’s treatment wasn’t being taken seriously because all they were worried about was the payment. And how does it drop that much? Anyways I ended up taking her somewhere else because I left more confused, and they basically were astonished by the way BluePearl handled it.
After saying this to my coworkers, not a single one (15 people) had anything good to say about this place. So please for the sake of your pet and your sanity find somewhere else.
Nor do I care for a response from this place because the way Blue Pearl made me feel about this experience, no matter what is said will ever make me change my mind.

I needed help with a stray dog and felt ignored and not listened to. I told the tech I was not from the area and that I live in Layton and that I am in this area while my daughter is getting medical treatment. This tech told me to drive back to Layton to a clinic up there.
