They are nice but pay attention very close to contact because they not only charge a 599.99 doc fee which i was aware but they charge 399.99 for Emissions. They don't tell you and it looks like the normal 39.99 that would be emissions. I feel like they know that most people won't notice the extra 9. I would be fine if they would have said we have a $1000 doc fee better than hiding it under emissions. Because who charges $400 for emissions. I realize its only $360 difference but they have lost any business from me and my family because I feel this is not being forthcoming. It was still an OK deal but no other dealer I've seen add such an extremely high amount for emissions, especially since they already have one of the highest doc fees. And when I called Leo he got extremely defensive so I'm guessing many people see it after they have time to really look over the contract. Just beware of the fees. The car is 1000 over what it is advertised for. When I asked the about fees Leo said it was the 5999 plus 600 doc fee and tax and license and he was waving the 399 theft recovery fee which he did, but 399 for emissions is not a normal tax and license fee. I realize I should have looked over the contract better but they are so nice and my son so excited that I didn't notice it. My fault but please just look over the contract before you sign.

I paid $3,000 down on a 2013 Buick encore and went on a payment plan every thing was awesome the car was good except for the check engine light was on when I drove it home and was told that it was normal I made my payments every month and had made payments of a total of about $4,500 I had arranged to pay at a later date fully accepting the late fee and then asked for a extension they came and repossessed the vehicle three days before I could pay them like I said I would and now they want to charge me 5,000 More dollars in order to get it back leaving me without a vehicle through the holidays and having to walk my daughter too school in the freezing cold all because they couldn't wait 3 days not only that but racking up more charges on the vehicle so that it would be impossible for me to get it back in order for him too resale the vehicle I feel like it was done deliberately I had a feeling from the very beginning that something like that was going too happen this guy is really sly watch out for this place and better too go buy a car with cash do not finance a car from this place no matter what

I had my first accident in early August and was paralyzed about buying a new car, as I was really attached to my old one. But I ended up finding an incredible one at this lot, and made my first adult purchase of my life! It was a huge milestone for me, and I enjoyed the process and the company! Very professional and kind, not a single thing was kept secret from us and he was very transparent about everything!

I bought a 2012 Audi Q7 about 4 months ago. Everything seemed fine with no check engine light, fluids leveled, and they said it was in perfect running order. 3 days after I bought it, I was changing the fluids (oil change, coolant) and checking levels on trans and axles. Found a grey substance came out with the oil. Thought it was odd cause it didn't have metal flakes was just gooey. Next day, oil kept dripping out of the car, a lot. Ruined my driveway. I called to see about them fixing the oil problem. Was told that they couldn't look at it for about 5 months, and they can't guarantee fixing it. So I ended up taking it to a german repair shop to get it looked at. Turns out the stuff I took out was to help with leaks. And someone must have added it recently. And the pan was bent, and the leak came from there. We also found a fuel leak and another place oil was leaking, on the back of engine. So I ended up getting a new pan, covers, fuel filter, fuel pumps access covers, and new oil change. Now we got a new code for stuck flaps in the engine. It was due to carbon build up. Had to get that done too just to bring it back to normal. Not to mention the battery is struggling to keep a full charge even after driving. And you can't just throw in any battery into it, got be very specific. And its under the drivers seat. So I'm already into this vehicle over $4000 to fix everything. I also only received 1 key. There is no valet key, which was suppose to be with the car, thats $450. A new key fob is $450. These can only come from Audi dealership, shipped from Germany. And programming is $260. These systems are delicate, so locksmiths won't even touch it. So that's about $1100 more added to the repairs. I ended up paying over $5000 to fix the vehicle. Im very impressed or happy with how things turned out. Once the sale was done, they didn't care what happened on the other end. I didn't finance with them. I paid with a cashier's check. Overall, very disappointed. Won't get another vehicle here.

I'm not the type to usually write google reviews, though I feel like this place should get one. My father has been buying cars for the last few years, and only has had good things to say. The cars are clean, the paperwork is quick, and the staff is very friendly. I went to buy a car with my daughter, and a young man named Dylan showed us the vehicles while giving us a great experience. Marissa gave us our finance options, and was able to find a solution to our situation. I plan on returning to buy the vehicle tomorrow, and instead of stressed I am looking forward to having a quick, relaxing experience.

This place is a freaking scam. I was too dumb to realize it at the time but. I ended up buying a Subaru Outback for twice it's value. I checked other venders after the fact and ya it was that big of a difference. After that he piled on $2,000 of garbage fees. And congratulations we have a new overpriced scrap heap. I hope it at least runs long enough for me to climb back from this financial disaster.

We had a great experience in office, as soon as we drove our car off the lot, problems started immediately. Not to mention the fees were outrageous. Cjs sold us a piece of garbage car, and offered to “take a look” at it but nothing more. We ended up paying almost 6 grand for a car that we weren’t even able to drive for 2 months after multiple fixes and blown out tires, they may not pressure purchases but they take advantage and they aren’t honest. Be extremely vigilant when looking at their vehicles and don’t trust when the say there’s no issues with the vehicle.

Years ago they sold me a car with a bad transmission. Investigated the carfax and a dealership had said the transmission needed to be replaced months before I bought it. Skeezy people.
Also, prices on the car stickers are thousands more than they advertise online.
STAY AWAY!

Bought a vw Rabbit from them and the first day driving it I realized the battery was only good for about one start, so I had to replace that. I was sold the car as is, I was told it ran and drove fine, two Weeks after buying it the transmission went out. I stopped buy there shop to see if they could take the car back or help me fix it, but in short they basically said it’s my problem not there’s that they sold me a LEMON.
