I am so completely disgusted. I paid $50 for 3 salads. I waited 30 minutes "out front" for them after ordering at the drive through. The salads were disgusting. Meat had gristle and veins in it, the lettuce was not chopped, everything was a disgusting mess. Freakin just got ripped off!!!

It's the worst river cafe in all of Utah. The customer service is horrible, they don't treat anyone well and they always serve bad food. The same thing has happened to me in this place more than 6 times. They should change all the staff and put in people who really want to work and do things well.

The place is nice, new, fresh, neat, clean.However the ordering kiosk is not very user friendly and slightly awkward the way you order from it.It all worked but it wasn’t very descriptive of how I would be receiving certain things whether it be on the side or inside of my burrito.

They got my order wrong... Twice. The kid who was making the food was on autopilot and got the proteins and the beans wrong. I walked in to get a replacement for the right order and he tried to argue that he had made the right order, when the manager told him to prepare it again, he asked me what I wanted and still got it wrong one more time, and once again, tried to argue that he made what I asked for, this time the manager stepped in saying that we're all human and I should be ok with them putting the wrong beans in the salad. At this point I just left

Morning manager, Gloria is so condescending and rude every time we go. Constantly acting put out and annoyed if we order more than 2 items. We go weekly and her demeanor is always the same. The afternoon staff is lazy and sloppy. They don’t pay attention to the orders and regularly get the order wrong (items and quantities) and don’t ever take ownership in their mistakes. Quesadillas rarely get cut at all. Just one big piece. Pretty disappointing as most locations care about the quality of food and service

I have now come here multiple times to see if it is just one bad experience, but no every time I come here we don't get the proper amount of food. They either forget rice, the extra meat we pay for, or don't put hardly any meat on our entrees at all. What is going on? Go to other cafe Rios this one has issues with actually giving people what they pay for.

I love that this Rio is a drive through. The house ranch was spot on, but I guess I haven't ordered a quesadilla in a while because I've never ordered "sauce" on it, I was afraid so I just didn't pick a sauce, although my hubs said he did it with sauce and said it was really tasty...I was worried it wouldn't be crisp and would be soggy. Just didn't sound appetizing.

Food portion is very poorly served compared to other stores, and employees won't even say anything to let the customer know that the food is ready...or a "hi" or something! No greeting at all..No recipe was given after I paid.Everything is limited since there's not even napkins to grab.. ( You have to ask for everything you need)This place should have stayed as DD.

This Cafe Río is built for its convenience. These guys will bumrush you out of the drive-thru to boost their stats and then bring your food out. But once they hand it to you they run away. So if you’re polite you just kind of say thank you really quick and drive away. Cuz who are you gonna talk to even if you need help? They’re gone! And it wouldn’t be a problem except that they’ve made my order wrong like five times. I just stopped going.

I don't care for the self order kiosks. It makes it difficult to truly know what I'm ordering in what fashion. This location parking is nonexistant. Food received was decent.

This location sucks! I wish they would close it and put something else in this space! Its always awful! Plus EVERY TIME they mess up my order, I have to go back and they fight with me! SOO RUDE! This location is right by me so you'd think I would learn, its consistently bad! Reading through the reviews Cafe Rio Obviously does care though!

At drive through there is a picture of one of new food they have, so I told them I wanted the variety just like the pictureWhen I got to window the person was EXTREMELY RUDE to me, stating this is a drive through, and I should know exactly what I wanted before I came there... the food was a small portion for 13$, and the experience ruined my day.I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN !

Worst service ever!! We love Cafe Rio, but will not be going back to this location! We waited for 45 minutes and had to go back and get a refund since we couldn't wait any longer and they couldn't even do that! We had to call the corporate number! Everyone else there that day was in the same boat, all had been waiting the same amount of time and equally frustrated!!
