During different seasons, they typically have a seasonal market on the second floor of their downtown building. Second location is in Fashion place mall but I prefer the downtown location”

“Due to my own fault, I arrived at 10 minutes before closing time and was frantic to buy some pj's for grand kids that I needed to mail the next day. It was 15 minutes after closing when I left. The two clerks could not have been sweeter or nicer to me. I feel awful for making them work over time, but they never made me feel like I had imposed on them. Wow!!! I love how cute and well made the clothes are! I love the prices, they are so affordable for this grandma of 20 grand kids. I also love Osh'Gosh styles and quality! I was way impressed with these two clerks! They are great representatives of your company! Quality goods and quality people!”
“We LOVE Carter's and have clothed our two boys in Carter's since they were newborns. They have a terrific selection of clothing for boys and girls, including seasonal and holiday designs. “I never would have thought JCPenney would become our go-to place for prom/formal dresses. My daughter's first dance we rented thinking it would be cheaper/better. Although we had a great experience we didn't save money, she was nervous something would happen to the dress (and it did), and her dress didn't have pockets. JCPenny has an incredible selection of dresses at reasonable prices (many are under $100). They have great dressing rooms with a large area to hang tons of dresses. We have a lot of fun when we go and I make her try on TONS of dresses! There are about 15 dresses on this rack and we had three rounds of just like this. We didn't even get to the short dresses!”

“I went here for the first time today. I haven't been on a department store in years and I was pleasantly surprised that it was clean and organized. My recent memories of department stores are messy, depressing, and dirty. This store was very clean and everything was hanging so nicely. It was also a nice change from places like my usual Target and Old Navy because there were some trendy (aka too young for me!) clothes in the juniors section, the rest of the clothes seemed very timeless. It was nice to find a big variety of dresses that were a more classic style, and tops and sweaters I could try on without looking like I was trying to infiltrate Gen Z. I was taken aback by the prices, they seemed high to me. but I most things have some sort of markdown. I ended up paying more for items than I normally would but I am happy with my purchase.”
