What a lack of humanity with Dr. Moises Terrazas I came to a consultation and how time was up I slammed the door because he could no longer attend to me or respond to my health concerns.

Dr. Moses made me feel like a worthless waste of his time today. I would highly recommend going somewhere else if you’re an addict or a woman. This man will treat you like scum.I’m sober, I’ve been in recovery for 5 years, he denied me my sobriety medication, for absolutely no reason, and now I’ll be sick as a dog by the morning.He didn’t listen, he didn’t explain himself, he talked down to me, he made passive aggressive comments when I said “I’m 5 years sober, and very proud of that” he laughed, and said “as you should be” very condescendingly.When he asked me why I have panic attacks, I said “recently I’ve had 3 family members die, I ended a 10 year abusive relationship, I quit my job of 5 years, and started a new one, I bought a car, got my first apartment, so all of that has been really stressful, and I have diagnosed anxiety on top of it.” (This all happened in a 2 month period)He looked me dead in my face and said so smugly: “so… life? You’re describing life. That’s why you need anxiety meds? For life?”I didn’t even know how to respond. I need them for the anxiety I am diagnosed with and the fact that I’m unable to have a full day without having a panic attack.I got the feeling he hated me because I was a woman. He wouldn’t make eye contact, he inferred I was lying and “doctor shopping” because HIS clinic changed the appointment times on me twice that day. How would I have control over that? They send an email and I attempted to show him, to prove my innocence and he refused to look at the phone, then told me I was lying and they don’t email appointment dates. Weird, because I’m looking at them.Because he hasn’t explained himself, or apologized, I’m leaving this review up so others can avoid him. He has my email and phone number, and I’d love to discuss why he felt it was okay to belittle me for an hour, deny me medications that I HAVE TO HAVE and have been on for 5+ years to stay sober. He did not do his duty as a doctor by upholding the Hippocratic Oath, and I am repulsed by the treatment I received.I understand that medical professionals are people with biases, but if you’re incapable of helping someone, when they need it, because of those biases, you should get out of the field you’re in.I also felt that I was overreacting but was told by two female staff members during the appointment that he treats everyone this way.All of the front staff is amazing, especially KIM, who really kept me from breaking down today while all of this was happening. Kim, thank you for being so kind today! All of the other woman there are great! They are always understanding of my commitment to my sobriety, and I genuinely appreciate them for that.I’ll wait for that call, Dr. Moses! And I’ll take this review down, as soon as I hear back from you!Thanks!Andrea

I am really disappointed and very surprised about the treatment I got from this clinicI went in there to get a blood drawTwo different nurses could not find a veinThen these guys expect you to wear masks but then don't provide mask Ihave insurance so what is my insurance payment for and why don't these guys have mask if you set standards then they ask to speak to the director and it would not let me talk to him or her

The worst -5 stars would be my rating I had schedule my wife’s appointment for our first baby and right away they cancel the first appointment they said due to COVID ok understand we reschedule and again they called on the day of our appointment and cancel on us wow my wife is pregnant and need someone to look at our baby’s well being but no to them it don’t matter and when I called them they got a staff full of kids with no experience and are no sabo kids meaning they can’t even speak Spanish right. My family and I have gone to them for years and since they moved they have the worst staff and doctors and have heard others have the same experience and now Im going somewhere even if I have to pay out of pocket than rather to deal with these guys. Never will I recommend you guys ?

The doctors in this clinic are amazing, the front desk staff not so much, I called about seeing if they had an earlier appointment sooner in the month and right off the bat they lady said no, not even checking their schedule on the computer or anything. Every time I call I’ve been waiting 20 min or have been answered and put on hold. Absolutely the front desk staff is terrible.

The doctor are great. I hate that when making a appointment I have to wait for a long time to answer if they answer they ask you question when they put you on hold it hangs up and then all my time is wasted. Also when you do tests they have to call to tell me my diagnosis but no I have to wait weeks because it hard to get a hold of them. I'm actually planning to change clinic. Even with my insurance I end up paying over 100 dollars for what they not on top of their clients. You guys get pay by the clients no clients no pay. This clinic should just get close. When I go there all the staff member just hanging around doing nothing laughing and talking. The clinic most of the time is empty but its hard for them to answer the phone ???

Was on hold for more than 20 minutes, twice. And as soon as the calls get answered, they hung up on me, twice. Very unprofessional and disrespectful. As someone who is in dire need of care, this is unacceptable.

Dr. Troy Richardson is amazing. You feel how passionate he is about his work and caring for his patients. He is super informative and very personable. Having said that, the clinic in every other sense is horrible. I don't know where the issue starts, but trying to get the offic staff to give you answers is like pulling teeth. If you are expecting a referral for anything, you might as well do all the leg work yourself and physically take the referral yourself to whatever place it is and follow up yourself. It took almost 2 months for an MRI referral to get done right, now after the MRI results, I need a referral to consult with a surgeon for my shoulder... almost a month later and STILL haven't heard from the surgeon or office the referral was sent to. My shoulder is in pain, I'm restricted from certain areas of work and waiting for this to be done and figure out solution/surgery is possibly causing further damage to my shoulder. This clinic is SO frustrating.

This clinic is not good in anyway. They don't care what the patient has to say ,they do little as much as they could get away with not to help out the patient. They make you wait for uour test results up to a week and they are constantly out of products (.urine cups) and then to have you go back in two days to do a sample. Like if your not feeling good to start with .Doctor Lu isn't concern for patient she is more about how much time she has is with you its like a number count more than being there for patient...

Spoke with Susan this morning at 72nd street clinic. I had a couple of questions regarding my fathers appointments ( I am on the hippa consent form) she was completely rude right off the bat. I asked about some appointments he had been referred out to by the medical provider he sees there her response was ”why would we schedule that” I let her know that the medical assistants scheduled and coordinated with his primary care and gave him some vouchers. I then let her know that they scheduled him for 3 different referrals and cancelled one, however they never told us what one was cancelled. She then replied “why would we cancel it” I explained to her again that the care provider didn’t think it was necessary anymore and had the MA cancel it. She then started whispering to the point I couldn’t hear her and had to place her on speaker. Still couldn’t hear her and honestly thought she was either speaking to someone else or talking to herself. She then speaks very loudly into the phone and says “hellloooo did you hear me” I said “no I did not understand what you said, I thought you where speaking to yourself since you’re whispering” she got upset and went off to tell me how she doesn’t talk to herself , I got to the point of not being able to speak to her anymore because of how rude she is. I said “thank you, I didn’t catch your name at the beginning of the call” she said “uy it’s Susan” and hung up . I waited on hold for 45 minutes, only for someone to be rude, unwilling to help, and unprofessional. We pay to come here because my dad likes his healthcare provider, she is doing us no favor, she is getting paid to do a job. At the end I didn’t get the answers we needed and was left with a bad experience.
