I came here to try and get something fixed with my phone. The lady at the counter did not speak English and had to call her manager in order to get what I needed. In the end I was still not able to get what I needed done. You have to have employees that speak English. That's absolutely not acceptable, The manager of the store needs to do a better job of hiring. If someone can't speak English then have a second person working with them.

Had their service since highschool.. and they grown and still the same.. just hoping they stay in the u.s... with the u.s.a.. really.. not going to Brazil.. even though I love that place.. that I would like to go see in this life time hopefully as well.. lol

I went into the store around 6:30 and all but three display phones were turned off, so we had to go turn them all on in order to compare them. At least one of them was at 0%.

Very satisfied with the customer service I received, I forgot to get the woman's name who helped me, but she exceeded my expectations. Overall I am very satisfied with this experience, and I would definitely recommend this location.

To be honest, I haven't been to a Cricket store in my life. I chose this store because it's close to my work and I have heard it's cheap. I didn't expect anything other than getting a phone for work, and a headache from the process. HOWEVER, from the moment that I arrived to the time that I left was so much more than I anticipated. Amanda the area Manager was so fast, friendly and efficient. She was training Joy, who is also amazing by the way..and to top it off, we ended up networking in regards to our businesses. I can't even express how much I appreciate this experience, especially these days.
