“I love going there for things that I need and look around to see all the new things they have out go on a day. They’ve already put their shipment out for the day after because that’s when there’s good Pickens for things.”

“First time to that location. They all have pretty much the same stuff. The only thing new is the employees. Nice or ignorant. Or rude or just weird. It be nice if they would go focus on the check out lines and hiring people that can scan way faster. I've waited so long before. I just up and left. I've seen a few people also. But this store. Was very fast and nice clean organized .”
“First time at the West Jordan location, normally I go to either Sandy or Draper location. This location was much less crowded and prices clearly marked. There is less variety here, but they had what I needed. No complaints”
“Please do not mistake this location for the 4700 South and Redwood store. They are both listed as Taylorsville. Just use the code found at the entrance door or window so there is no confusion and the proper people are reviewed. Clean, organized and friendly cashier's! Store manager is very professional as are the assistant managers. Great place to shop!”

“I don't drive at the moment so having a good place to get what we need is fantastic. The people know their store and pay attention to what's around them. The Goodwill next door has clothing so this Dollar Tree focuses more on food, it's a life saver for us. It is by far my favorite store and I would still go there if I was driving.”

“Better selection than it used to have, but the customer service is piss poor.It would be nice if they had self-checkout, because it would be ore responsive than a cashier who's looking at their phone and barely acknowledges you.I find it unprofessional that the cashier is always on their phone, and has to finish up their text message or whatever they are doing before they can start checking you out..”
“The employees are really nice and make sure you leave happy! I'll rephrase that!- there's one older lady that's grumpy but all of the guy employees are super friendly, super helpful and are just fantastic! I always enjoy going to family dollar! And I end up leaving with more than I came for!! They have a lot of terrific stuff! I really love how they have great deals on their clothes too! Sometimes you can buy one and get another free! Plus their clothes are already inexpensive and great quality so you can always find some terrific stuff. They have men's, women's, children's and baby clothes. They also have towels and kitchen/bathroom items, blankets, baskets, toys, haircare products, makeup and just a bit of everything! They also have groceries and drinks, snacks and candy. I'm always finding something new! They always have amazing deals and sales.”

“Staff at this location for the past few years have the store mostly always stocked more organized, looks better now and neat than in recent years in part to the manager in place now who has done a better job she always acts & looks professional and has been helpful with a good sense of humor as has all the staff. “Almost the same products as Dollar tree but higher prices. Both are owned by the same parent company, and Family Dollar does have more and better products. The reason I go here is to load my AMX prepaid card because they don't charge a fee to do so. Walmart where I got the card years ago now charges you $4.95 to load a card now.”

“I was visiting from out of town and had to grab some necessities, And I just wanted to share that the lady working that day I think her name was Megan, Was so helpful and offered really good engagement and wonderful Customer Service. Made me feel like I was at my neighborhood Location back in Texas. We shared a couple laughs. She’s hilarious. But most importantly helped me find my specific deodorant, which I had left back in Texas.
