I've bought 2 vehicles from Drive In Motors. First one was a 2004 rav4 that I still have and has never given me any issues. Now I bought a truck and so far I love it. Very friendly and attentive staff.

I bought a decent used vehicle from here. Tony was a great help and pointed me towards the vehicle I was looking for. We got through the process smoothly and kept constant communication with me. My complaints are going towards the cleaners of the cars. They need to pay more attention to detail when cleaning. There were rhinestones glued on to the volume buttons from the previous owner and the interior overall could have been cleaned better. One other bit that was upsetting was that they hid a scratch with one of their logo stickers, I only discovered it when I took it off. Other than that everything in the car is functional and I am happy with how my car runs.

DO NOT BUY A VEHICLE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Their cars always have mechanical problems and if you call or message them about it they completely ignore you. They are scammers and are very rude. Customer service is awful!! They only care about the amount of money you will give them for down. If you say $2,500 or less they will not speak with you but if you say $3,000-$5,000 they tell you you are approved to come in. I went in to test drive vehicles and Patricia Gomez and Camilo were in there just looking at me while I was waiting for them to help me and they just continued to talk to themselves. Not once did they attend me or told me to look at the vehicles they have.

Great staff, super professional and helpful in helping me find just the car I was looking for! They were upfront and honest about the condition of the cars I was interested in and gave me a great price on my purchase! Would definitely recommend Drive In Motors for the experience. This was my first time purchasing from a small dealership and I definitely prefer it over a big name brand dealership. They don't pressure you into anything just to make a sale, they honestly want to find the best car that fits your lifestyle.

DO NOT BUY A CAR from Drive In Motors LLC. I Repeat DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM Drive in Motors LLC. Bad customer service, they lie about the conditions of the car just to make a sale, and they have zero professionalism. that’s the worst dealership I ever deal with in Utah, they sells Bad cars.I bought a car last Monday by Sunday the car is already having issues. The Check engine light is already on and the car is making some weird noise. I remember talking to Marco Maldonado also called Tony (Drive in Motors agent) I insisted that if the car has an issue I will come back, he told me that the car has no issue, I don’t have to worry about anything, then when I reached back to him he told me that he has been working there for only two weeks and he did not know the car has an issue. so, I decided to call their office and they said that they can’t help me and I can go get a lawyer. If you love your yourself, stay away from this dealership. They are rude & unprofessional.

Buying my car here was the best choice i could have done, i'm really glad with my car, everything went smoothly, great service, they helped me with the credit, it was so good, i got treated really well, i didn't expect this kind of service, next time i buy a car, i'll make sure to do it here, and i have to thank Edward for having helped me.Do not think it twice, just come here and buy a car.

STAY AWAY!!!!! Little dealerships like this thrive on people who think they cannot buy anywhere else. Go to a big well known dealerships that back up there vehicles and care about there reputation. There is a reason those big dealerships have been around for a long time! These little dealerships come and go because once word gets out, they just close down and open under a different name. Big dealerships can help you just as much if not more! Trust me if these scummy places can get you into a vehicle anyone else can as well! Don't be fooled and put yourself into a worse position then you are now!

DO NOT BUY CARS FROM THIS GARBAGE they sold me a truck everything looked good at the beginning then I start hearing some weird noises I went there to ask for help they said they have nothing to do after two weeks my tire just came out while I was driving to my job and again they said it’s my problem they can’t do nothing
