We went to a place to get a car to find out they didn't have our car and gave us all sorts of excuses finally we canceled and went to enterprise at the last minute and they was so friendly and fast it took no time to get us a car and on the road I will definitely go back to enterprise thank you guys so much for all u did and for saving our families vacation

Over the past few days I called several Enterprise locations in the area, and this one had the best customer service! We were rear ended and tired from dealing with insurance, but Justin Mitchell made the renting process easy, was friendly and showed personal interest into my needs and fitting us with the best vehicle. Thanks Justin!

Terrible business. At EVERY step of the process they added ANOTHER hoop to jump through. THEY TOLD US NONE OF THIS OVER THE PHONE.
I will never use enterprise again and I will tell everyone I know to avoid them like the plague.
I had to cancel my daughter pediatricians appointment after trying FOR AN HOUR to do everything you needed from me.
I can’t even articulate how frustrated I am at this point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Kyra was fantastic! Easy to work with. I had a rental while my car was in a collision center, and was always so willing to help me with extensions and working with me. Would absolutely recommend to anybody.

Many issues, I’ll just list a few. The car was not ready at the time of pick up, I had to get time off work to pick it up before they closed (they did discount 1 day off my rental as they should). The car was dirty at the time of pick up, we waited a few minutes for them to clean it up. We noticed the vehicle would shake at speed over 60 miles per hour, the vehicle had the tires changed right before our rental and they were not balanced or aligned as we came to find out. We were directed to incorrect body shops who did not accept enterprise’s insurance. At one point we spoke with Melissa who tried to blame us for the vehicle’s issues. We had to give up our day at the beach during our vacation to get the tires aligned and balanced. We had to pay out of pocket. We received a partial refund in the end but that wasn’t enough compensation for the stress and discomfort we felt during our vacation which should have been a stress free time. I will never rent from them again.

Save your time, money and safety and go with any other rental company. My family was not only given a car that was misaligned, but they tried to gaslight us into believing it was somehow our fault?! Melissa was not only rude, careless, misinformed and inconsiderate, but also showed no empathy for the safety of our family (3 kids under 5 included). Melissa also tried to intimidate us with a FAKE $25,000 fee that she came up with. Overall, the WORST experience I've ever had. Save your time, money and your family's lives, and just go somewhere else.

The personal service, you can actually reach a human at the location you are trying to contact. I was dealing with the location at 7140 S State St. Midvale UT Whenever I can I try to use this location near my house, experience has always been great here. This time was exceptional. Because of pending inclement weather during my travel plans I was trying to procure an AWD vehicle. This location at the time didn't have one, tried other locations with the same result. Day of rental went in person to this location, by phone they thought one may become available late afternoon. When I arrived it was not back from service yet, mind you this was after 4:30 pm nearing closing time. The agent that assisted me was Kyra she was very kind and apologetic. I exited and no more than 3 minutes after leaving I received a call from Kyra, stated the vehicle had returned and could be ready shorty. I returned and was on my way. Nowadays in many cased you become a face or a number, not in this case. Thanks so much for your attention Kyra! Great service!

Rented an “elite suv”. Vehicle made a strange rattling sound occasionally at low speeds, and had a very unpleasant smoke odor. Shortly after leaving w the vehicle I called and spoke to Corinne(?) about getting swapped out w a different one. Said she’d work on it but never heard from her again. So that was frustrating on two accounts.
Kyra however was the redeemer in this situation. At the conclusion of my rental she went out of her way to make things right and ensure I left satisfied. I look forward to working with her again for my future rental needs!

We had a great experience! Both the pick up and return processes were really smooth thanks to Kyra! I would definitely recommend the Enterprise location on S State Street in Midvale and we will be renting from this location again next time we visit Utah.

They gave me a van that had "just had the tires changed". The tires were not balanced, and the steering wheel was misaligned. So not only did I have to wait 8 hours to get my rental because they were "changing the tires", but the car was completely unsafe to drive once I received it. Unfortunately I didn't notice until I got on the freeway. Customer service was horrible! Melissa, who said was the manager, was not only misinformed, but she kept coming up with crazy ridiculous fees. My whole vacation was ruined, the emotional stress I was under was way too much to enjoy my trip. Train your employees better, and make sure they don't lie to customers and try to rob us.

Rented a crossover last minute through Costco/Enterprise and they were very helpful! The Midvale location called ahead to confirm the reservation and answer any questions. And when I called to extend the rental the guy I talked to was able to do it completely over the phone. The two people who helped me in person were Kyra and Corrine. Both were very nice and helpful. Would definitely use this location again.

So happy I found this location! The customer service was impeccable, fast, and the choice of cars was great.. another location was rude and short with me. Corrinne made the entire experience amazing, I was in and out, both with check in and when returning the car! Thank you!!

Tanner was absolutely AMAZING! I was denied a U-Haul for my card not being a major card (it was a Visa) and I was EXTREMELY stressed out about to have a whole mental breakdown, my phone wasn’t loading and was being slower than molasses and Tanner literally swoops in and gets me hooked up to a hot spot and ALSO gets me into a mini van so that I could move!!! This is the best Enterprise in the state of Utah. TANNER you rock and you saved me! Thank you. Y’all this is where you need to go for a rental!!!
