Worst service I have ever had! I spoke with a guy named Brian. I told him that I had questions designing my sprinklers layout so I can get the right parts (I already had a preliminary drawing and I showed it to him). I also said I have questions with how far to trench between trees. He said he didn’t have time to help me. There was no one else behind me waiting for his service. He suggested that I go to his competitor Sprinkler World for assistance. I was super shocked that he was so bold and rude. I politely left and then returned to ask his name. He was helping no one and just talking to a co-worker. Super unprofessional and obviously not customer focused. Home Depot gives better customer service than this company.

This is an excellent place to purchase all your sprinkler products. The staff is helpful, knowledgeable and willing to help. Don’t just shop your local hardware store. Ewing provides contractor quality parts at about the same price you will spend at a place like Home Depot or Lowe’s. Give them a try.

I called three times to get a quote for.pavers, talked to a kid named Zach. they said they would get back to me, never did. I guess they don't care about smaller purchases.
