Because of reviews and rating we were concerned. IT'S AMAZING!!! It's located in an easy, safe location. It's beautiful, well set up and new looking. It's very clean. When I get in any hotel room I check beds and behind curtains and found a spotless clean room. It's a fabulous hotel especially for the price!

Clean, great location. Unfortunately the electronic keys were not working, bit of an annoyance for sure. Jane at the front desk was PHENOMENAL. Incredibly helpful, patient, and kept trying to make the situation better although she really had no co yell over the key system being down. Ended up having to move rooms which was very streamline and easy.

The check-in process was incredibly smooth and efficient, with the front desk staff being both friendly and helpful. Also, the atmosphere at the front desk was very welcoming and positive. It made me feel right at home. Jane & Eliza, you’re amazing!

A nice Marriott hotel, fairly new, in a thriving suburb. Upgraded bathrooms with beautiful showers, and awesome views of the mountains in all directions. Great walking and running with a .65 mile lap around the hotel, 3 laps for 2 miles. See photo for lap detail.Walkability: Excellent .65 mile sidewalk lap around the hotel, see photo.

This is the best place We have ever stayed..The Service was fantastic!!..we had car troubl and had to stay an extra 2 days..They really worked hard to accommodate us..Rooms are clean and the suite was wonderful..The whole staff was absolutely Great very kind and pleasant to talk with..Break was awesome lots of different choices everyday..

We made a reservation with the purpose of going to Salt Lake City for work, as we needed to be there on the 28th for a presentation. Unfortunately, we couldn't take the flight as several of us fell ill while in Miami, and we were supposed to fly out to Salt Lake City on the morning of April 28th 2024. On Saturday the 27th, we called the customer service center to cancel, where we were told that they had contacted the property but the manager wouldn't be available until Monday, so they couldn't give us a response to avoid the charges since the deadline had passed. On Monday, the manager of the Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Midvale, Utah, knowing that we couldn't fly from Miami to Salt Lake City due to illness, decided not to waive the charges. For a prestigious company like Marriott Hotels, these kinds of situations are completely unacceptable from an ethical and moral standpoint. Knowing that we are human beings and that a situation like this should be taken into consideration from a humane perspective, which was not done, it is very easy to rely on hotel policies and not make any exceptions in a case of human nature, in this case, health, and to put the ethical sense of a company like Marriott in the gutter with these kinds of situations. For us, who always stay at Marriott hotels during our business trips due to the high level of quality the properties offer, we are very saddened to know that our preferred hotel chain is represented by managers who lack compassion when making an exception like this. A Marriott manager should behave at the level of the company and not for their own personal interests, in this case, avoiding the cancellation of four rooms. Marriott has just lost some customers who regularly travel and usually stay at their properties. This is extremely regrettable for both us and the Marriott chain.

Hotel front desk staff weren't helpful. We stayed 3 nights with 2 rooms for work. We moved down the street to the Hilton Tru. Staff at Tru were easy to work with.
