I drove all the way over here because your website on Google says you’re open on Sundays till 6 PM so you need to fix that if you’re gonna be closing at 3 PM because people count on correct Google information. FedEx is important!

The employee yelled at me for taking an express box even though I had an express package and he didn’t even ask. Then the lady at the counter wouldn’t let me leave even though they already had the label and was rude. Will not be going here again.

Stopped off to send off packages. Was not happy at all you have to pay a surcharge of 2.50 for help at counter. The guy behind the counter was nice and helpful, but I probably won't use a FedEx ship center again since one has to pay for help. Change this policy.

I came in with a large shipment (15+ packages) late on a Friday. Matt and Calie helped me get everything shipped out and stayed past closing to get it done right. I felt really bad for coming in with such a big project so close to the end of the day but they were kind and got it done. Thank you both so much for your help.

Matt and Jackson helped me print an oversized calendar for a baby shower game tonight. I was especially impressed by how kind, knowledgeable and professional they were being that I came in just before closing. They did a fabulous job.
