Went to drop off a package that said drop at any fed ex facility. When I got there the woman turned me away and said the package that I had could not be dropped off there and had to be picked up at my house and to call the customer service line. She was nice enough about it, but she was confidently incorrect. I called customer service from my car right away. There was an orange sticker on my package that said no passenger aircraft, which I explained to the customer service rep on the phone and she checked with her supervisor and reiterated that they absolutely should have accepted the package. So the woman in the store that day was wrong and who knows how many people have wasted their time there because they don’t know their own company protocol. Very unhelpful and a waste of my time.

Went in to use their office print stuff. I needed to edit some documents and print some stuff off. I put 10 minutes on and paid like $5 or whatever. Thinking that if I ran over the 10 minutes I would just be able to charge my card more. NOPE! Once you hit the 10 minutes you have no option to add more time and it deletes and erases everything you have been working on. That is the absolute dumbest thing I have ever heard of in my entire life.

I'm not sure why this place has such a low rating. I've been here a bunch of times to ship items that I've sold on eBay and never had an issue. The staff are always helpful and easy to work with.

Extremely lazy and rude workers. They wanted to charge me extra for a prepaid label?!? Other times I came in to ship an item. They made me wait for half an hour just to tell me that they had to go to training. Please go to Sandy Fedex location, employees are nicer

The assistant manager here is completely unhelpful and seems hesitant to do his job. I came in with two things to ship, one was already labeled properly and the other was in an old Amazon box. He wouldn’t accept the labeled box cause it had lithium batteries and claimed “you need to schedule a pickup”. Then the other box he wouldn’t ship cause of some bogus excuse that “the old label could mean there’s spilled fluids in the box” Like whaaa??? It’s an old box. He tried to sell me a new box. No thanks dude. I went to the Murray Fedex and had zero problems. In & out in 5 minutes.

Nice speedy everywhere else I’ve been in the city people have just been rude, so it was nice to be treated with kindness. Girls were very great.

Extremely happy with the overall experience and results. Jessica, Liv and Matt assisted me in figuring out the entire process. They were extremely kind, professional and focussed on helping me get the final result I desired. Matt was extremely helpful, he went above and beyond in providing options on proofing and that allowed me to make changes to get the perfect colors on the final print.Once I was happy with the proof, they were able to provide a 40”x13.5” size print the next day and the print quality was very good, the final result felt like a store bought poster.

Hey folks, could use advice. Fedex has repeatedly misdelivered crucial packages to my neighbors- with signature- in breach of contract as well as leaving packages on the street and not up the 3rd story apartment. They have offered my 0 compensation for several packages let alone any follow up. They have said they would have a conversation with the route manager but nothing has changed. What kind of lawyer wants to deal with this? How do I get the route managers info? They are subcontractors for fed ex. The main station serving Midvale is in Magna, but I can't find subcontractors info to initiate. Please help.

This isn’t the only disappointment I have there. Yesterday I needed and binder cut off for a project at an Engineering firm. Went through the order 3 times to get it right. I had to leave it there over night. I stated that I needed it done by the next morning and they told me….oh ya no problem. It would be be able to be done by 10:00 am the following day. I went to pick it up and not done. Told me I would have to come back around 4:00. All the conversations … you could have just gone and got the job done.I went done to the store on 5900 south and state street. I walked in and they got the job done. In and out 5 mins! I am never going to that Fort Union store again! Horrible turn around. I swear if you wanted a page printed you would have to pick it up the next day.!

This place is terrible. Lazy rude workers that look at you like they are doing a favor to acknowledge you. Go to 2100 s and 10 e. Light years better.

I had two custom print jobs on a thumb drive--a 42" x 60" graphic poster and 12 14" x 20" signs. The employee sized the graphic to the best option. The items were ready the next day at a fair price. My husband picked up the order and noticed the signs were printed double-sided which we didn't want. They should have charged us less (half?) for the signs since we were only able to display six instead of twelve.

Omg i did not know how to make a copy and the guys were NOT HELPFUL AT ALL. I had to figure jt out myself and on top of that i was charged for the copies that were blank, they did not even know how to refund me for the copies that were not done properly. Please make proper training.
