Our child needed a custom C-Collar post neck fusion. I’m surprised Primary Children’s Hospital works with this company. They sent an elderly, disheveled Individual to take our child’s measurements. He showed no compassion, when our child expressed pain and discomfort. On his second visit, our child was in pain and didn’t want to change into the brace yet. He got impatient, flustered and left the brave on the bed and walked out. He also, “tried it on” to show us. I have concerns about hygienic that is, considering our child had an incision right where the brace would sit. I would consider bacteria, germs etc a risk of transmission. I wouldn’t go here. I’d go to Shriners.

The service and staff at Fitwell are absolutely amazing!!!They are genuinely caring and take the time needed for every patient.My daughter is a recent LBKA and I can’t express how much we appreciate all the care and concern Scott and his staff have provided us!

The first appointment was great. Everyone was friendly. Tim was Joe's man. Explained many new things and reminded of old lessons. Think we will develop a long relationship with this Fitwell.

I am above the knee amptee, I have had my prosthetic for 4 yrs now most of that time has been dealing with people who do not listen, one size does not fit all, Big shout out to Scott and the front office I can tell this is going to be a good summer. 07/06/2022 I have been pro active in my care since the first day but as I said above people were just not listening on this appointment with FitWell I was to pick up a new foot and knee, I was home with test sockets which had been given me problems when I walk and I got to thinking what can I say to Scott that will help he make the new socket better, bingo I still had my first socket so along it came with me on this appointment. Scott looked at it and went to work and the out come is just prefect he has a good eye for detail if you tell him what is going on. I highly recommend Fitwell to anyone who is having problems. 3yrs of problems taken care of in less than 2months. Staff did an outstanding job

We have been so thrilled working with Fit Well. They made a prosthetic for our dog and have adjusted it multiple times for us, making it better every time. They have worked very hard to help us with things we didn't even know we needed: Velcro innovations, creating a limb protector, and anti-chewing adjustments, to name a few. Our vet told us our dog would have lost her residual limb if it weren't for the Fit Well community.

I have had my prosthetic for 4 yrs during that time I have had to deal with people who think one size fits all, and I have had to deal with being uncomfortable during events or just daily life on my second visit to fit well I could tell right away that this was going to be a good summer, the staff listen to me and made changes as we refit me for a new socket.

Fitwell is a great place. Staff makes you feel at home. Scott is amazing. The quality of care I have received has made my transition as an amputee very easy. They have given me a new lease on life!

New super nice office location but the same great people that provide the best service you will ever find. Scott wakes up each day with a prayer that they will be able to provide their customers with the help they need. It shows and everone else in the office follows Scotts lead.

I have dealt with Fit-Well for over 10 years, including with a btk amputation prosthetic the last 5. Their entire staff has always been top notch, professional, competent and so pleasant to work with. I can't say enough good things about them.
